Thousands of square feet of antiques, collectibles and rarities to peruse and purchase. It's basically the Smithsonian of central texas antiquers: looking for vintage albums, books, photos, clothes, glass, metal or pretty much anything else? You're almost guaranteed to find what you're looking for here. Even if you don't find what you initially came for, I'm willing to bet you'll find something of interested and probably at a decent price.

First time to visit The Austin Antique Mall and we will be back. Great 5 Star experience. We bought a few things and had fun just looking at the large variety of items that we have in mind to purchase on future visits. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The prices here are literally laughable. At first we thought we just ran into some particularly overpriced booths, but by the end of our tour through the antique mall we were picking items at random, guessing an outrageous price, then turning the tag over and just laughing at how close to correct we were, and at the delusion of whomever was pricing these items. Good luck turning a profit while barely moving inventory because most everything in here just flat out won't sell at these price points. A small copper bucket for $345? LOL Anyhow we've antiqued all over the US and this place was by far the biggest let down I've ever experienced. If you're rich and don't think twice about dropping cash when you want something, then this is the place for you (and this place clearly relies on ppl like you to keep it afloat), otherwise don't waste your time.

Prices are some of the highest I've seen. This made me less incline to form an attachment to any item because I wasn't prepared to pay out of the wazoo. For example, I came across a near identical purse to one I already have. I had pay 10 or so dollars for it at another antique mall in the area; meanwhile, at this booth in this mall, I saw it for nearly double that and it wasn't in any better condition. Additionally, some booths are so tightly packed with items that it's difficult to look at everything.

Good place to waste an hour or two looking over the antiques and pieces of history but not a place I would recommend to buy from if you're on a budget.

Lots of stuff to pick through and look at it however kind of steep prices. But there there are deals to be found and they have many things %10-%40 off. With that in mind just have a fun time looking around and be ready to pay up if you really love something you find. It's a little warm there in the summers just because of the size, it's hard to keep it cool. Also it might be a good idea to bring a headlamp or flashlight because some of the corners, nooks and crannies are dimly lit.

This place is the best thing on earth are whole house is from here and couldn't be happier. The family who runs this is beyond helpful. I am pregnant and they did all the heavy lifting plus packaging for me. Worth every penny to have something from the past.

Much bigger than it looks, and the variety and quality is much better than any other antique place I've been to in Austin other than uncommon object. Also, be sure to drive to the back of the skate rink parking lot (full of cars dropping off kids of you visit on the weekend) to find the antique mall lot, which always has spots.

Not very many shops open. Many of the ones that were were dirty cramped and way overpriced. One shop reeked of cigarette smoke. There are a few shining stars in the complex however.

I had a great experience at The Austin Antique Mall, it was a cool place to browse, with a good variety of antiques. Prices were ok, bought an small round table for $195, the table was a bit bitten up for the price.

So disappointed after reading the other reviews. We are a couple from the Pacific Northwest who have traveled the entire country for both work an pleasure. We have shopped at many antique stores from coast to coast and everywhere in between. These prices were, hands down, the worst we have ever encountered! My husband focuses on antique tools and architectural type things while I tend to like kitchen, primitive and garden items. We have several "common" items that we use to get the feel of a booth's pricing. One of these, in my case, is a set of four primary colored Pyrex bowls. I have seen these nationwide ranging king from $45 to $75 for a nice set. Saw these in two different booths here for $145 and $180. Makes me wonder if they have frequent half-off sales. That being said, this store is huge, so if you like to wander through aisles and aisles of poorly displayed glassware and small stuff, go for it! If you are looking for the trendy industrial and/or farmhouse look, go elsewhere!
