Scam is all I can say. I would get a bike from the trash can before I would get one from this awful shop.

Very happy with the service on my motorcycle. Talked to Jim in sales he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only place I will go for sales & service.

Horrible Service center!!!!
Cheap parts yes.
Service NO!
Left Carb at shop for tank and rebuild. Paid for Kit and parts.
After several weeks of no call from them, I called to find out if jobs done, or what? Nobody sent it over to shop for rebuild.
I was told by the kid behind the parts desk that he had repeatedly asked for
It to be sent over for rebuild but no one did it. The shop is right next door!!!
Took carb and kit to Hap's.
DONE!!!
Bike runs great!

They service all our bikes, from Honda, Suzuki, to Yamaha. Reasonably priced. I can recommend them for service.

!! "MUST READ" !!
I've had a horrible Experience with this place of business!! I purchased a top of the line set of tires and had them put on at the only time I had available after work which was on a Friday afternoon. I drove the bike home and to work the following day in Tampa but something felt funny. I looked over the bike on my lunch break and found that the chain was eating my sprocket and looking further found that the rear axle nut wasn't tightened from the service the day before.
I called the owner directly and addressed him in a calm and rational manner with the understanding that people make mistakes. He told me to bring it in at my convenience. I took the bike back and the owner and his service manager over viewed the situation and he agreed to change the sprocket. I brought up that the chain was a concern and the service manager said they would address it if they find it stretched.
Everyone standing there new the integrity of the chain had been compromised!
I don't argue! I at that point I knew my safety and the upkeep of my bike was not their first priority even after the mistake they had made.
So they ordered a sprocket.
I went to pick the sprocket and having someone else in mind to repair my bike. Low and behold its not the right sprocket and they try to charge me 55 for the part.
3 strikes!!!
This all happened on a 07 gsxr 1000 a bike capable of speeds over 186mph. There was no concern for my safety in this situation!
Damages including labor will costs me over $400 and my total cost of this horrible Experience will be over $1000 for a set of tires.
FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS PLEASE!
NOT IN ANY WAY DID THEY DO THE RIGHT THING!
I never raised my voice or was rude.

Hands-down, the best motorcycle dealer / repair shop in Sarasota! I have been at pretty much every other motorcycle shop in town, but these guys are the absolute best. Super friendly, funny, helpful, and most important highly knowledgeable, very quick and very efficient. On top of that, the pricing is absolutely reasonable. 5 stars all the way!

Outstanding! Mike Zimmerman is very knowledgeable and professional. Absolutely zero pressure to make a purchase! Would strongly recommend Sarasota Fun Machines to anyone looking for a new bike or even parts/service. Chad in parts exudes his passion for motorcycles and is very easy to converse with. (he will take your money) Thank you all! I am thoroughly enjoying my GSX-S750 !!
