It's all good for my teenage daughter but picking her up is a nightmare. There is no order in the parking lot even tho security is out there with their flashlights giving short answers and screaming at cars trying to pick up their kids. I'm sure there's a better way. I know there's a better way! Some of the money they suck from us can surely go to organization for pick up.

Our family went to Carowinds this summer. We bought the Fast Lane Passes and let me say those passes were well worth the money spent! We didn't have to wait in those 1-2 hour lines. We were able to ride the rides with hardly any wait at all. We decided we would always buy the Fast Lane Passes each time we visit Carowinds. It is an expensive day but well worth it when you see the excitement & smiles on your children's face!!

Great amusement park. The season pass is definitely worth it, if you don't get the season pass they will kill you with the cost of parking alone. Food and drink not cost effective which is to be expected at a place like this. Love that the water park is inside the amusement park rather than a separate entity like some other parks. They have special events for Halloween and Christmas as well as a dinosaur area.

It is a nice park. The layout could be a little better but I really liked how they have three different entrances. They have a large water park with many slides. It would be nice if they had more water rides at the regular park. They have a white water ride though it spins a little bit too much for me. No flue ride or open boat shoot ride.

We bought the platinum passes and have been to Cedar Point in Ohio, Kings Dominion in Virginia and of course Carowinds since it's so close to home. Carowinds out does the other 2 parks easily. We had a good time at all 3 parks but none match up to Carowinds. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The park is always clean. The rides are fun and we have yet had to wait a long time in line. The food is always very good and large portions. The food at Kings Dominion was not good at all. We would recommend Carowinds to everyone!

Amazing!!! So many rides, games, and different places to eat. There is a water park if you want to just go and soak up the sun. In the evening dancers and singers come out for you to interact with and enjoy. While you're there check out the concerts they may have touring Carowinds for some extra fun. Got a season pass this year and plan on going often. Best money spent in a long time. Will make some great memories with the family this year! Also, security is stricter this year which makes it even better.

I absolutely loved my visit to Carowinds! It was clean and neat. You almost never found trash on the ground and trash cans were always available where ever you were. I also loved that there were many rides for kids and adults. There's Planet Snoopy which has many nice and calm rides for children. And there's also lots of fun and crazy rides like The Intimidator. I recommend getting on the Fury. Its awesome! I also loved the maps you can find at the entrance. It has a detailed drawing of the map and a list of all the rides and intensity. You can also see the restaurants and see which ones have vegetarian and gluten free options. You can also see it lists events coming up in the following month. I think that if you ever find your self in North or South Carolina to come give Carowinds a visit!

I went yesterday from 5-close. I will never go back. Someone cut in front of us on almost every line and I'm the bad guy when I say something. The only ride that I didn't hate was the fury. We got the fun pix pass and only got a total of 4 pics because hardly any rides take pictures. Everything was a hassle. Half of the rides we waited in line for ended up closing down right before we got to the front of the line. Everyone was so disrespectful. I had the worst time ever here.

First visit to Carowinds was over Memorial Day Weekend. Although crowded, it seemed like most rides and attractions were running smoothly. The park is well designed and flows nicely. Rides are on par with what you will find at most other medium theme parks. We would go back to visit again on a less crowded weekend.

The CLEANEST Cedar Fair park we've been to so far! Like Disney clean! Nicest bathrooms as well. FURY 325 is amazing. Much better food options than mist parks as well. (Salads in big marketplace, and huge servings at panda express!) Equiv to Kings Island in rides, but not near as big of a park. 2 full days is good. VERY nice park!
