Location is right off of 65. Room was very clean. Breakfast was great - included hot options and cereal. Front desk was very nice.

Very nice people working here yet in contrast the complimentary breakfast scrambled eggs are substandard (apparently the motel franchise owners don’t eat their own food) and tast like cardboard, while the sausage links are waterlogged. The dryer vent in the laundry vents into the same room that the ice machine is in. (How do you spell Legionairs disease?) The vent hasn’t been cleaned in well over a year (I know how to spell fire hazard.) The ice machine evaporator drains into an open floor pan, and the card reader at the back door is broken.

I worked in Utilities for over forty years. One would think the franchise would offer a simple computerized scheduled work order plan such as a calendar generated work plan but then who thinks anymore?

At check in we asked for another room ,not so close to the entrance or the ice machine and were told that were none, even though it was only 3:30.The pool smelled horrible! Not just a chlorine smell but a sewage smell also. Our room was a good size, Quiet, comfy bed, water pressure was so so, plenty of outlets, wifi was pretty good. Breakfast items were good and plenty of choices but the room was way to small. Very very crowded! Next time we are in Indianapolis we will look elsewhere.

The room and bathroom were both very clean and comfortable. Stay was very quiet. Breakfast was basic but acceptable for value. Towels were not soft. For a comfortable stay, it delivered as advertised; just don't expect many luxuries. which I was fine with.

Read a lot of reviews on Google before arriving and it was way better than people were describing. Everything was clean and comfortable. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was average. I would stay again if passing through the area.

Visiting for Gen Con and found this to be one of the more reasonable priced hotels. Ad this was just basically a base for sleeping and storing loot we weren't expecting The Ritz. That said, it did exceed our expectations with the breakfast and the staff has been nothing but exceptional and super friendly. Will definitely consider booking here again next year. Some great restaurants within stumblerrwalking distance of the hotel as well!

The staff at this hotel are amazing, genuinely wonderful people to work with. I posted another review on a different travel site and will say the same here, if you are looking for a good location, good facilities, and staff that appreciates you as a guest, this is the place you need to be.

This was a pleasant hotel stay. The hotel, both exterior and interior, was dated but clean overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was dark and also dated but clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. The breakfast was bland but there was variety so that helped. I would stay again.

I was very pleased with this hotel! The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and uncluttered, plus it was comfortable! Everything worked and the location was good for getting around the city with little resistance! I'm definitely staying there again when I'm in Indy for business or pleasure! 4.5 stars!!!!

BED BUGS!!!!!!

This hotel was booked with multiple rooms blocked for a nearby dance competition. Prior to checking out, while packing items to leave, the unthinkable was seenBED BUGS!!!! Kristin at the front desk refused to rectify the situation and advised she was "just" an employee and unable to refund the money and stated there would not be a manager available until the following day. It is unacceptable that "just" an employee does not have the capability to refund money rather, just take your money. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS HOTEL!!!! There were 5-6 INFESTED with BED BUGS!!! STAY AWAY.

This is the second time our show choir has stayed at this hotel. Each and every time they go above and beyond to make certain out stay is the best it can be. From making sure all of the kids have anything they need down to having breakfast available for us a bit early since we had an early competition. They even went so far as to accommodate a request that no milk be out at breakfast. The rooms are very well kempt and everything was neat and orderly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area!!
