Nice hotel. Very up to date amenities. I had two extra blankets on the bed though and the staff kept removing them when they made the bed.

Great hotel, brand new. At least looks like. Very clean, no mold small and the best no extra door to another room. The restaurant inside the hotel is another plus.

This was our third time staying at the Hilton Garden in Greenwood. Each time has been great. The room has always been clean, the staff has always been friendly. We love this place and will stay at it each time we go to Indianapolis.

Worst manager ever! Reserved a room two weeks in advance, for a king bed and jacuzzi, and when we checked in we got a queen bed and NO jacuzzi. They changed the same price, and the manager did not call us back to resolve our complaint.
It CLEARLY states on the signs (even in the elevator) that you are GUARANTEED SATISFACTION OR YOUR VISIT IS FREE! That’s a joke! I will never stay at this location again until they get more professional management.

Very nice hotel. Excellent service and beautiful decor. Conveniently located to several restaurants and a nearby mall. Would definitely return to this hotel when visiting Indianapolis!

Food was excellent and reasonably priced. The bbq ribs were fall of the bone and plenty of them. Service was great. Nice little hidden gem in Indianapolis. Will definitely go again when in town again.

Wonderful hotel. I felt like a prince with the exception of the hotel keys. They stopped working and had to go get new ones but they were great otherwise! Excellent room service.

Clean, well-maintained rooms with excellent customer service! Close proximity to I-65 makes getting to and from Indianapolis very simple. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed for two nights over Easter. Family of four, with three of us having special needs. We had a snafu with one of the beds and front desk communication the first night, but the manager and employee involved went so far above and beyond to remedy the situation that we were astounded. Also this place is CLEAN. I used to be a housekeeper, and I have high standards, and this hotel is immaculate. I have no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely be staying here again. The staff are so extremely friendly and eager to help. It has been an extremely pleasant stay.

We are Hilton Honors members so we try to stay at a Hilton property whenever we can. Since we stay mostly at Hilton's we have a pretty good baseline on the good, bad, and ugly of Hilton properties.
I'm not sure why other recent guests have had less than stellar experiences at this hotel recently, but that was not the case with our visit. The property itself was bright and clean and had an very nice on-site restaurant/bar.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable.
The only negative we found was that exiting the hotel property onto the main road was very difficult.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indianapolis.
