Dishonest, We were on the road and needed emergency service and were told since we didn't purchase our rv at camp-land that we would need to be placed on a waiting list, we told the service advisor that we are a part of the RV Priority Network in which we were told the only priority service provided is if we purchased rv there. We are a Gold Star Family, They don't even know what that means, still no exceptions! Glad we didn't purchase at camp-land, hope you all sleep well there! We wish we didn't have to give a star in this review, you deserve much less camp-land

We went during their festival. It was nice. All,the campers were lined up to go into. Just didn't have anyone to help us because it was a festival.

Very friendly. Tim Kenedy was so helpful. My husband & I were passing through & called ahead to see if he carried the model we were looking for. I told him I was 3 hours away. When we arrived he was expecting us & even had the AC on in the unit. He gave us plenty of time to look things over & answered all of our questions. We are undecided on which one we like but hope we are able to make a final decision with a unit from Camp-Land. Thanks again Tim.

Bought a used camper two weeks ago. Took our first trip this weekend. Once we got to the campground the a.c., fridge and microwave did not work even though they worked the week.before when we picked it up. Of course it was hot. Called service department to see since we are new to camping to see if they could walk us through diagnostic since my husband tried everything. The salesman called back and said we had to talk to service. Four hours later we heard from them and guess what - they had absolutely no idea what was wrong or what to try. We were their best friends when we were buying the camper and right after, receiving two letters and an email telling us to call any time we had questions or problems - until we did. We were not a priority as they were busy with new buyers. Not good customer service at all and made for a very unpleasant maiden voyage.

We loved it! Prices on all campers! Most RV dealers do not have prices on the campers and you do not have access to get into them. It was a very good experience not frustrating at all because we could see the prices and walk into each camper. Sales persons were all over but no pressure at all. When we asked a question I wanted information they were available. Thank you Campland RV we will be back!

Put simply. One really great RV Store with excellent customer service. Got to look at several models. Scott was amazing! He is very knowledgeable about all his product selection and was very happy to help. He got us narrowed down to the right model that satisfies my wife, the kids, and I. God knows that alone was a task! There is absolutely no pressure sales here and that is the thing that will have us coming back as soon as we can. To over use a old phrase. Two thumbs up!

EXCELLENT SALESMANSHIP, NO shareable KNOWLEDGE either voluntary or involuntary BUT OUTSTANDING POLITICALLY EXACT SPECIFICATIONS !

SEARCH AND RESEARCH ON YOUR OWN FOR THE HORRORS TERRIFYING SCENARIOS OF SERVICE AND SUBATOMIC INTEGRITY OF OTHER PLACES BEFORE YOU JUDGE THEM, THEY ARE BETTER THAN MOST NOT AS GOOD AS SOME, FRUSTRATING WHEN ONE ADMIT THEY KNOW LITTLE OR NOTHING AND ARE PRESENTED WITH NOMENCLATURE THEY WON'T/ DON'T UNDERSTAND ? 😨

MAKE YOUR OWN DECISIONS: BUT REMEMBER TO WEIGH : GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON R.V. MECHANISMS?
MEASURE THE BUDGET FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THOSE REGULATIONS BEFORE YOU TRUST THE GOVERNMENT OR ANYONE ELSE WITH YOUR LIVE AND THAT O OTHER: A LITTLE IGNORANCE OR MISUNDERSTANDING AND SOMETIMES GREEDY OR INEXPERIENCED SALESPERSONS CAN BE POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS!!

This has been edited after over a year of encounters with the industry and two of the biggest mistakes of my life: 1. The Tow vehicle . 2. The Travel Trailer purchases without the knowledge and "WORDS" instead of WRITTEN promises! If it aint in writing : A. It'S inadmissible or declared never to have existed! A verbal agreement is just as binding as a written one, except almost impossible to prove and be actionable!
Discuss sports, weather, food or anything but agreements, money, warranties or "explanations & definitions"!☠
SIMPLE AS I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE. Until you get EVERYTHING in writing and see or touch it: they get NO MONEY!
That's always the plan with HONEST, DECENT, Caring people. MONEY for a SERVICE or PRODUCT+ PERIOD. Nothing else. It may take longer but as they say life is short but death is shorter!
BRING AS MUCH KNOWLEDGE WITH YOU AS YOU CAN ABSORB , before you go into a potential money/ life/ love situation.
Then go back here: if you need to.

Tent it! Then share and bring food, deserts : then maybe, tools, EQUIPMENT, filters/pressure limiters and electrical surge protectors then: listen to the lifestyle before you extract numbers from your life support at the banks?👻

I did not go back so: TODAY or tomorrow this may become a 5 star review with candy, flowers and magic.
However: that up to you. ( and them too).

Went to look at new/used RVs, The customer service I received was outstanding!! The sales man Clint was very knowledgeable and not pushy, which is exactly what i wanted. Clint is the reason i came back to Campland over other rv dealers in the area.

Have a good selection of merchandise but are not informed on it ,I needed a left hand stabilizer friction control they absolutely told me that you could not use the right on the left according to curts website you can absolutely do it! I figured it out there in the store there was one gentleman back there or that thought you could but 1 of the guys in the back (technician) said no you cannot do it! don't have too much faith in them

I went to Camp Land in Burns Harbor IN the other day to look at and hopefully purchase a new Class C RV. The Sales man Matthew showed me a number of Class C RV and I did fall in love with one but figured it was out of my price range. Matthew said lets run the numbers and see what we can come up with in getting me behind the wheel of this beautiful new Class C RV. Kelly the Financial Advisor came over and talked to me and got the necessary information from me to go ahead and apply for a loan. Kelly did get a bank to finance the loan part of the deal but alas it was still a little out of my price/comfort zone so I was not able to get one at this time--I only wanted a new Class C RV. I do want to say a big Thank You to Matthew and Kelly for being patient with me and going the extra yard to help me. Fred

Kelly from finance walked us through the whole purchasing process and got us a good loan. She was easy to work with, got back to us right away, and made a stressful process pretty carefree. Kelso and Walt from the maintenance shop are THE BEST. We probably tested their patience many times but they explained everything to us thoroughly and multiple times without making us feel stupid or rushed. Walt saved the day when he took the time, in 90 degree weather, to show us the tricks to attach the hitch and the easiest ways to unhitch. i really can't say enough about all the people we worked with at CampLand RV. If we ever get another one or know someone that is looking this is the ONLY place we will go or recommend.
