Would not take my Toyota to another dealership for service. They are very thorough in servicing your vehicle and will recommend any areas that may need attention in the future in a non-pressure review of your vehicle. All the employees are very helpful and eager to answer questions.

Want to see someone in dress clothes running around the dealership for you? Ask for Mitch. I've spent hours with over a dozen salesman over the past few years and Mitch has been one of my favorites. He'll do all of the heavy lifting for you and might even get a few punches thrown at him so all you have to do is sign your name 19 times, roughly. I can't say it enough, ask for Mitch.

I would like to say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. By far, the best salesman there is a guy named Mitch Mathis. He is extremely knowledgeable and very willing to get you what you want. He studies, and knows the cars and trucks extremely well. He knows what it is that makes a Toyota a Toyota. I received a 268 Horsepower Camry from him and I'll be honest, it's a sleeper (Car guys know). I couldn't be happier. I refer all my friends to this Mitch because of the knowledge he has to share in the product. That's what makes me and my friends feel confident in buying a car from Toyota of Merrillville. We know what We are getting. What else is there when it comes to buying a car anyway?

Mitch sold us a car in November for our daughter who turned 16. We had a great experience dealing with him and the dealership. Recently, we were looking for another car fir my husband and Mitch once again was extremely helpful. When we purchase our next car we will definitely go back to Toyota of Merrillville and ask for Mitch.
