The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They have a very good selection of new and used vehicles. Financing was fairly smooth and easy. All in all this was as good of an experience as buying a used car could be.

My family has bought 3 vehicles from Diana at Bosak in the last 10-15 years. Each time we've needed something reasonable within our budget, and each time, Diana has treated us like first class customers and helped us find a great car within our price range. Outstanding service! Josh and Tony took great care of us. Tony assisted me in discovering an issue that was covered under warranty that a different dealership was going to charge us $2500. Then we needed a lot of regular maintenance work. Josh got us right in, gave us the best prices as I compared with two other dealers, gave us honest feedback regarding repair work recommended by another dealer that was really minimal but the other dealer was saying was major along with a major price. My family will be giving all of our future business to Bosak Honda in Highland. Professional, honest, prompt, knowledgeable, and very competitive prices. Thank you, fellas!

Over all it we had a great experience. I just wish someone would have communicated with us that we would be there a while. We ended up being there waiting for everything to be finalized for about 5 hours. Other than waiting for what felt like an eternity we had a grea5 experience and great sales man.

Service department is top-notch. A fantastic staff that's very efficient and accommodating. Friendly, fast service with high attention to detail. Haven't had a bad experience yet and I've been coming to Honda Bosak in Highland since 2003. Great stuff all around.

I traveled from St. Charles, Il to Highland, IN to check out their Honda Accord Sport Special Addition. A friend referred me because they give you the best price so I didn't have to haggle with them. Jose' the GM contacted me first and the price he gave me over the phone was very good. Filled out the loan app before going to the dealership to speed the process. Jeff worked with me as well. Very patient and informative. The loan officer was easy to understand and did not push me to sign up for extras. I recommend Bosak Honda.

Great dealership! Everyone is so nice. They struggled to get me approved but they did it within my payment range!! I thank Jeff for everything he is a great salesman. I also thank Jason I think that’s his name! But they are all great. And recommend this place to anyone!

The staff is very nice and professional. I was disappointed in the service. I was advised I needed a new air filter and a new cabin filter. The cost for these replacements was outrageous, so I decided to change them out myself. When I went to change the air filter, I noticed the mechanic did not screw down the bolts for the air filter cover and the cover was loose and not attached properly. When I went to change out the cabin filter, I noticed the latch on the right side of the glove box was not attached to the glove box. These are the small details that a mechanic needs to focus on to complete the job for quality control. I understand the mechanics union is on strike, but the dealership should be confident that they still have qualified people to repair vehicles the right way! Don't know if I will be back for service! I hope my oil plug is tight enough to not leak oil and my lug nuts are tight!

I had a surprisingly great experience with Bozak. I hate buying cars because of the games most dealerships play. Bosak isn't like that. I got a fair price on my trade and a good deal on a new car. Ryan made the sales experience very easy and followed through to help with any other issues I might have.

Well I have been to Bosak Honda Just A few times. In the past. When I Owned my 2005 Honda Civic. GREAT CAR That Civic was. For Personal reason's I decided to Trade in my 05 Civic, I got into A VERY NICE,CLEAN 2014 Ford Escape. About One hour after I had left the Lot with my 2014 Ford. I went to fill up with Gas & A good habit is to always check the Oil every time I fill up. After checking the Oil on my 14 Ford I found that it was VERY LOW!, At first I was Upset. I took it right back, And Shaun in the service department. drained and filled me up with FULL SYNTHETIC MOBIL ONE OIL. NO COST. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT HE MADE THINGS RIGHT! HE EVEN OFFERED Me A vehicle to drive While they checked every thing out on my newer vehicle for me. thumbs up. GOOD JOB SHAUN! Just wanted to add another thing. I Also needed A 3rd brake light for my 2014 Ford. At first I took it to One of them Quickie Oil change places. I figured they could do it for me real Quick. NOPE! Turns out that it takes A special bulb " who knew" I tell you who knew. SHAUN DID! At Bosak Honda. He told me "NO SWEAT" I do not have it in stock,But it is ordered & should be there in a day or so. AGAIN GREAT JOB TO THE SERVICE Department.

Last month, I was looking for nice SUV, and I went to this Honda dealer and I met Mike Sargent.He was very helpful ,He show me the HRV and he let me test it. I told him that I'll be back next week to buy it. I like The way he deal with customer like me because he always kept on calling me if he has questions about my car. I was very happy dealing with him because he had my car ready on time that I want. Thank you so much for your help and also to Jim who fixed my papers for this transaction, and he answer all my questions clearly.You're very helpful men, and I'll be back for sure to buy another car on the future. My experience with Jeff Cummings and Jim our finance specialist was excellent! 5 Star Service on both of their parts.
