My wife and I had the greatest experience at Bosak in Merrillville. From the very beginning to the end of the process of purchasing our new Chrysler 200 it was a pleasure dealing with them. Our salesman Luis Garcia was very informative and made this a comfortable experience. Financing was easy and we love the new ride. If you are looking for a car, go to Bosak and you won't be disappointed!

We had an initial misunderstanding by not being attended by anyone. I returned few days later for a second chance and was surprised by their excellent customer service. I took my Patriot for a repair and I'm 110% satisfied. Everything was perfectly explained and even I was informed of a recall. I do highly recommend taking your car for service at Bosak Motors.

We drove 2 hours to buy a vehicle. Our salesman Dennis was great with all of his communication leading up to our purchase. The dealership was very helpful getting our purchase completed quickly as we were pressed for time. I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from Dennis.

Update 9/27/2017
After posting this review, I received a call from the Service Manager Tony who was extremely helpful and apologetic. Not only did he order us a new van key the sales rep promised, but he said that he would have the GM John give me a call. Bumping this review to 4 Stars simply because of his prompt call to me to address my concerns and fulfilling a promise that was made almost 3 years ago.
By far one of the most dishonest and disrespectful dealership I've ever had to deal with. We were only given one key when we bought our van, but our sales rep Doug promised that he will get the second key to us after about a week. It's been almost two years and after multiple text messages and phone calls, we still have not received our second key.
I've set up service schedules via their online scheduling system and on two different occasions I was told they didn't have me scheduled for service. I now print out the scheduled service page to make sure their aren't anymore "system glitches".
I left multiple messages to speak with the GM of the dealership to express the many shortcomings and my personal dissatisfaction with the customer service given and I have not received a single call back. Every message I left was in a respectful manner, but still nothing from him/her.
I'm not looking for a handout or anything free, I'm just looking for good to great customer service and the same respect given during the process of buying the van. It's seems like as soon as I signed, they were done with me. I really hate writing bad reviews, but the total lack of respect and deceitfulness Bosak's GM (not sure what his/her name is) and my sales rep Doug has shown had to be documented.
Once the van reaches the end of its service agreement, I see no reason to do business with this dealership or step on their property ever again.response / report this review -

Absolutely amazing experience! Jennifer was so helpful and friendly and made sure I was taken care of! She went out of her way to be sure I was a happy customer. She definitely deserves a raise! I am beyond happy with my experience and I would highly recommend them! Thank you Bosak for all of your help!

Great experience! Luis was very helpful, patient, and down to earth. He made the sale fun and stress free. John, the general sales manager, was very polite and friendly. He made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you both for making my car buying experience awesome!

Great purchasing experience. Sales staff made for a no pressure, no hassle environment where we were able to walk around the lot without a salesperson hounding us. Dennis, our salesman, was responsive and enjoyable to work with. Additionally the staff was patient and enjoyed dealing with our 2 young sons while we finished the deal. They gave us a fair deal on our trade in and were the best price I found in the NWI area. Steve the manager was equally great and was very good at ensuring top notch customer service. I have recommended Bosak to coworkers since my purchase and look forward to future business with them.

The experience I had at Bosak Motors today was amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Shout out to Chris and his intern Zach for being amazing salesmen and hooking me up with my new Jeep Cherokee Latitude (aka Black Beauty). Wouldn't have wanted to get my new car from anywhere else!

I LOVE my new jeep from Bosak! I was very impressed with their customer service as well. Staff are really friendly and will do everything they can to help you. Nathan Cross was my salesman and he's awesome! I was stressed out about buying a new vehicle but he made it an easy process. He helped me find a really nice, yet affordable vehicle!

My wife and I bought a Jeep here. Our experience was wonderful. She just took it in today for the first service (oil change) The service staff was just as helpful and courteous as the sales staff. We would recommend buying here. 👍👍

Had my vehicle detailed by Brett and Zach at Bosak Dodge of Merrillville. They both were very diligent and focused as they cleaned and prepared my Viper. The finish was like glass and extremely smooth. They did an exceptional job removing micro scratches via buffing. Car looked remarkably excellent. Look them up for cleaning and detailing your car, highly recommended.

The service department at Bosak Of Merrillville is awesome! They were able to get me in when all other jeep dealers in the area couldn't! I was unaware that I had a warranty that was close to expiring so they did as much work as they could find that was covered as well as showing me (I'm a girl that doesn't know much about cars) the work they did and will be doing was necessary and that they weren't trying to pull one over on me. I'm very pleased with their service on my vehicle and the customer service I received! I will definitely be back!

I dove 2.5 hours for the vehicle purchase and it was worth it. Great people to work with and very helpful. Luis G. helped me as my salesman and was fantastic. I bought a previously owned vehicle and the guys in the shop were very helpful as well with getting everything ready to go! I will check them out every time a family member needs a new vehicle.
