Webb Hyundai/Mitsubishi was amazing! Specifically, Cameron. He was amazing! He came right up, introduced himself and showed me around. I wasn't pressured into anything that I didn't want to do. I purchased a vehicle for less than I was hoping for and still was able to find Financial solutions that fit my needs! This is how every dealership should operate. I was at Webb Hyundai in Merrillville this weekend and had the opportunity to work with some of the staff. Everyone showed high levels of professionalism, knowledge of vehicles, patience and kindness. Lauren was my sales representative that day and she was phenomenal. It was a very busy day and she was able to juggle numerous customers at once yet never made me, or any questions I had feel less important. I went shopping for a Chevy and ended up with a Hyundai. I worked with both through the Costco auto sales program but after the other dealer kept giving me only monthly payments without disclosing the full details of the sale, I decided to check with the competition. "The Webb Boys" were fully transparent and provided many different comparison sheets with pricing details and payment options for both lease and purchase of two different vehicles I considered.
Cameron was knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, and a true professional, just as his manager. They patiently answered my numerous questions, treated me right and offered a good deal with no unknowns, thus earning my business. Thanks!

Can not say enough good things about my first experience with this dealership! Originally took my car to the Highland Webb and they type me that my engine is fine even though it had a recall and maybe a knocking noise. Took it to the Merrillville Webb and right away Jim Devault said "that doesn't sound right." Between him and the manager named John (sorry I don't remember your last name) they emailed corporate and got the okay for a new engine. John even shuttled me back and forth to work when I was getting it checked out since I work close by. Would definitely recommend them for the service department! Thank you so much!!

Went in for a car I was interested in online when I got there was greeted by Tom Johnston who looked for the car I wanted! Came back, car was being held on a deposit someone was coming to pick it up later that day ! I was bumbed and there really wasn't anything else that I wanted! No pressures, no bull! Him and Mike were wonderful! I left with a great experience, literally pulled in my driveway and Tom called, u won't believe it, the people backed out of the car you wanted !! SHUT UP!! Tom says no I'm serious! Needless to say we went back and bought the car! Was in and out with an hour! Love these guys!!! Great buying experience!

I want to take a moment to tell you about Cameron Laird at Webb Hyundai/Mitsubishi in Merrillville. The man is incredible. Talk about no pressure sales! He was very attentive to what we needed and answered all our questions. He's incredible. He's amazing. The Hyundai Tucson we just bought was our second consecutive Hyundai that we bought from the dealership and Cameron made it easy and stress free. I came to Hyundai a couple weeks ago to get an idea of what kind of car I should be looking for. I'm into all the bells and whistles of the vehicles and the young sales man, Stan Nichols, was so helpful showing me every detail with the cars! And on top of that, he was so friendly and took the stress out of looking for a car! I did only go there just to look but I did end up buying car from him that day. I highly recommend that everyone go to Hyundai. Great cars, environment, and employees.

I came in to this well established business to look around for all of my available options for a possible new car. A salesman by the name of Cameron Laird opened the door for me and greeted me as I entered. Even though I didn't buy a vechicle, I was counciled and informed well on all the features of all the cars Hyundai and Mitsubishi cars have to offer. My experience was very satisfying and wonderful! I love the amazing customer service from Brian Webb as well. Super chill down to earth, it doesn't get any better than that!
