Five of us on Christmas Day. My pulled pork plate was great! My sisters and her friends ribs and baked potato not so much :( The ribs were not at all tender and the baked potato was so undercooked she didn't even open it up! She said she would take it home and finish baking it there. The wait time from the order to the food beiing delivered was excessive. We won"t be going back. I know it was a Holiday, but their business is supposed to be good food.

We ate there on Christmas day. We knew there would be a wait but we were seated pretty quickly, 15-20 minutes. The wait for our food was another thing. After 1 hour, our waiter was getting embarrassed for us. We weren't happy but we don't like complaining (or writing a bad review, my first BTW) and our waiter told us he spoke to the manager and our food would be out in 5 minutes. After another 5 mins, we got our food. We all ordered the holiday special and the food was really good. It wasn't really warm but we were not saying a word bc we didn't want another delay and we were starving. We had one order to go, holiday special, and we paid typing generously over 20%, for the efforts of working on Christmas day. Unfortunately, when the to go order was delivered to the family member that could not make, we were missing the sides and the dessert that we paid for. All in all, our visit was very underwhelming and I doubt we will be going back.

Calhoun's is my favorite go to restaurant in East Tennessee excellent food, excellent menu, excellent prices. Multiple locations in Knoxville, large location in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Menus and prices seem to remain the same in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg as they are in Knoxville. This restaurant doesn't know how to put out a bad meal in my opinion. I love their tenderloin steaks but since I eat there frequently I will generally eat their Ale steak, absolutely fabulous for the price. Plenty of free parking at all locations. You cannot go wrong eating Calhoun's.

I have been coming here ever since I was born. I'm fact my parents met here when it was known as the silo. To me this is the best Calhoun next to the one in Loudon. By far the bar here is the best in the winter time. Food is always excellent. The smokehouse salad always gets me for some reason, but I've probably had everything on the menu. The only thing I don't like are their current desserts. There are a couple ok ones, but their older ones (strawberry shortcake, Jack Daniel's pie, and the older version of their banana pudding) were way better.

Service was excellent, above average. The lady's chicken dish was quite good. My choice of smoked meatloaf was dry, and whatever flavor it might have had was lost to the BBQ smoke. Portion generous but pricey relative to the quality.

Five star dining, Wow it was so good! The ribs, pulled pork, chicken tenders, and pork chops were delicious, the service was impeccable, but the star of this dining experience was the most amazing banana pudding with a macadamia nut cookie base. The best I've ever had!

Everyone can find something to eat here. The salads are wonderful as well as the chicken fingers. They have burgers, steaks and BBQ and are known for their ribs. Casual dining and convenient curbside pickup. I often come here for the Smokehouse Salad with cheddar cheese dressing and fried green tomatoes. It's enough for two!

All time Favorite place spinach Maria is so darn good. Service while we had a few hiccups was still acceptable.

Server pleasant but average, I had a house salad very fresh well proportioned. Also a smoked sausage and cheese appetizer with picked onions, sweet pickles and jalapeno, Very good.
My wife had the ribs. Looked and tasted like yesterday's version. Disappointing.
    Overall a 2 out of 5.

Bad server. So-so food. This particular location has an odd smell like it is not clean. Have had much better service and food at other locations.

They have fabulous food. You don't have to wait very long for your food to be served. The waiters were so friendly and helpful, especially Spencer. He was great . The ale pork chops were to die for (just kidding.) Please just go there !!!!!

I went here today and had a very pleasant dining experience. Our server was Maggie, She did an incredible Job. She was also very friendly. I dine here quite often and all over servers are excellent as well at this Calhoun's. Also A Shout out to Cathy (Server) as well! =-) Cathy Is also Exceptional. I really like the laid back atmosphere here (When not crowded after lunch crowd leaves) and I enjoy the music here. Most Particularly because it is not the same old junk you hear overplayed on the other restaurant speaker system(s) Or the car radio. It usually is some Good Quality Old-Fashioned Blues Music. If you ask me, It sure beats this music on the radio these days that sounds worse then a cat being raped by a bunch of Wild Raccoons. Five Stars!
