One of my go-to lunch spots while working in Midtown. There is a great selection and the prices are reasonable. They have a section for hot foods, sushi, and sandwiches. There is also a lunch special everyday which goes for a great price. What is great is that they also have fresh baked goods! They are so delicious. Also they have green tea and black sesame ice cream!

Great spot to satisfy your cravings for Japanese food - they have donburi (rice bowls), pastries, and dessert. It's cheap too, and tasty.
Katsu don is legit; Japanese cheesecake is to kill for, matcha and black sesame soft serve is delicious.

Nice place with Japanese food. Has bento boxes and baked goods. I got the green tea/black sesame soft serve with was spot on.

Cute cafe with food and pastry to offer. Food is made fresh everyday. Price is respectable and they have matcha or black sesame ice cream to cool off the summer.

Love the melon pan, and the sesame ice cream! The sandwich are very good. It's the only place I can find Chawanmushi (egg custard with chicken and shrimp).

First of all, I am really sorry about the floor. However, a mostly empty cone and a heavy upper part could have resulted all this disaster. The left ice cream tasted nice. But the tables here are kind of dirty.

For a quick healthy bite, I love this place. Very reasonable for price, very tasty and fast. The staff is very efficient and the variety is great.

Small Japanese cafe near Bryant park. Good spot for lunch around the area, they have different sandwiches and rice bowls you can get. There's also pastry and ice cream if you're looking for desserts. The seating area gets filled quickly so it's probably easier getting things to go. Quick and convenient.

A friend suggested I try the vegetable curry that comes with white or brown rice. I got the brown rice and the curry almost reminded me of a jamaican curry. It wa more of a brown gravy base, and it was served with carrots and potato. I took mine to go but I believe there is room to sit down but beware during lunch its packed. The curry was very flavorful but not overwhelming. The veggies were perfectly roasted and melted in my mouth.
