Brought my truck up here to CTS to get the blower motor changed. After a while I was getting very little heat and got down to looking under the dash at the wires and they were wiggling back and forth because they put two drywall screws in to hold the resistor up after they busted the plastic. This was most likely the cause for it melting the plastic and messed up the wires in my harness. I'm no mechanic by any means and definitely don't know electrical but I'm not even sure if they had a reason to mess with the wires. Ray, the guy at the front desk was kind of a jackass and acted like I was the one who put the drywall screws in even though they're the only ones who have ever done any work on the inside of this truck so it was definitely their fault. I will make sure to spread the word and they are the most expensive. Work like this has to really make you question the technicians they hire. We have 3 shops in town and GRG is the only one who's never screwed me over. GRG actually pointed out an easy fix for a problem I had when they could of told me a multiple of things to run up a big bill. GRG is the only shop in Rensselaer that I recommend and stay away from the others.

Check engine light was on because I needed an oil change (and air or oil filter). Ended up costing 3 times as much as an oil change

Ray and jerrery were their names! These two guys were such a great help! I was on my way to Georgia from Illinois about a month ago and my alternator went out, there partner(I'm assuming) coopers spent about an hour and a half trying to find someone with my part and that would do it with the small budget i had. There two guys did it amazingly! They also stayed about 2 hours over to make sure me and my dog got back on the road and make it home! Did it quick and car works great! They also topped me off with transmission fluid and oil. They were such great people, thanks ray and jefferey!!

Honest mechanical shop. They worked quickly and professionally to fix an issue my car had. The mechanic had broke a bolt on the car and informed me right away. He fixed the issue at no extra cost to myself. Towing service was quick and professional as well. Excellent service provide.
