  I have serious problems ​and they never do the things they say.i have been out of my medication for three days now and have had to go to hospital cause they didn't do their jobs and add Drs they referred me to, to my panel! I don't recommend anyone to go there! I do only cause my Dr only and my insurance. The staff and the nurses are a joke. God bless all them and wish they would care more about all their patients.

  So blessed to have this health center near my home. I can not afford insurance and Riggs is income based so it is such a blessing to me!!! I don't know what I would do without their help! Praise God! Staff is wonderful and kind. I go for dental and they are professional and good at dental work.

  I am never able to reach a nurse and I will leave multiple voicemails over several days and I will never hear back. I also see Nurse Practitioner Hart who is just completely TERRIBLE. She came in the room yelling at me, got me all upset, crying and shaking and in a very rude tone told me I needed to see a therapist. Who would do that and then say that to their patient. Thats just awful. I do NOT recommend her. If they tell you she is the only one available I suggest you walk out. She is good for nothing!

  I have had two visits with them so far and was very pleasantly surprised with how well run, clean, and professional it was. I was led to believe from the other reviews that I should expect a terrible mess, but the truth is, it was great! I had been to the community health center in my previous hometown and it was a joke--people who had obviously been sleeping in the waiting room for several hours, wait times of an hour plus, nurses jabbering in the halls while the poor doctors/nurse practitioners scrambled to see everyone and ask all the basic healthcare questions (that the nurses could have easily taken care of!), a single receptionist that struggled to keep up with phone, people, and paperwork. I found NONE of that here!

  I've been trying to reach the OB office for the last hour and a half. No matter what phone avenue I try to take, I find myself on hold (seemingly waiting for the next employee), only to be sent to an ambiguous voicemail box. It doesn't even have any identification; just a beep after an automated statement that no one is available. This is just my current complaint. Avoid this place if you are free to do so. For the rest of us, good luck.

  My experience with Riggs has mostly been positive. I appreciate the sliding fee scale and understand the volume of families with financial issues; so, being able to provide a service to the masses that need it may require some patience on our part. I have seen Dr. Loaciga and Dr. Ramirez and I am very pleased with their bed side manner and level of expertise. I have had all positive experiences with their nurses and other staff. Phoning into the center usually requires a call back and in my experience, call backs are made 99% of the time. Riggs seems like they have a great system for volume of people they see. My one critique was when I first called to make an appointment, I was made to believe they couldn't see me but when I stated that I had insurance then the person I was talking to said "oh, well that's different." I didn't know how to take that.
  I have given Riggs 4 stars because they really do a great job and I am happy they are able to help those that need it medically and financially.
