Derailleur cable snapped and came in to get it fixed. Flawless fix and pumped up my tires without asking. Great service would recommend!
Knowledgeable service staff. Very attentive to customer needs.
Professional, knowledgeable staff. One stop shop for all biking needs
Totally awesome. Was greeted very soon after entering the store. This is a place that I can recommend and feel confident in my decision of a bike purchase. I would even enjoy working here. Thank you for your help and your professionalism.
very good service, but prices a little high
Professional yet relaxed. Had a great experience buying a bike from Greg and the post-purchase follow up experience on bike adjustments is just as good. Adam is a great mechanic. The rest of the guys at the shop are also friendly, helpful and great to chat with.
Great service! Very helpful.
Friendly and fast service. I prefer virtuous cycles, but this is a good spot for roadies.
Very helpful, with up-front and reasonable prices. My bike seat was loose, so I came in to see if they could help. They tightened it down on the spot, no charge. The fee schedule is clearly outlined and reasonable.
Very poor service and quality for what I thought would be a simple service -- a bike tune-up including sufficiently checking the brakes so it would a safe bike to ride. The staff didn't even complete the service requested to a mediocre quality level and when I picked up the bike and I simply requested a better tune-up with special attention to the brakes. I received some scoffs from the staff (very rude) and then returned 30 minutes later as requested and they provided me my bike. Upon receiving my bike it was clear they ignored this request and decided they would not work on it further, and I went to the checkout counter with my bike and requested I be removed from their email list. I would advise those needing bike service try Indianapolis locations as Lafayette seems to lack quality service. I know I will take my other two bikes to Indy when I need service.
Great variety of bikes(except for fixies).
I liked how the mechanic called me to check if I want to get a cheaper bike part to get replace, while some shops just use the most expensive part and charge me.
I don't know if it was their busy day when I went to the shop, but the manager or the highest person in charge for that day seemed very sensitive and I thought he was going to hit me with a crank set or something. I was lucky to come back home as a whole piece.
This shop would definitely be my favorite shop in town if I don't encounter with the crank set monster again.
