I was in an accident that was not my fault and was the responsibility of the other individual's insurance to cover it. They found ways to charge me for both repairs on the car and the rental. Shady Place.

Very courteous and professional staff. I first had my wife's BMW convertible repaired here some time ago and they color matched her car very well. I brought my other BMW Coupe in to have the "A" pillar repaired. So far, no complaints. I would highly recommend this place for all your collision needs. Great job.

I would like to caution people to double check their car after repairs are done at this place. I have realized that their repair created lots of new problems which were not caused by accident (dead battery as the car was dormant for weeks, failed electronic modules due to mishandling, bad quality repair work). They don't open on weekends.

I would strongly suggest not using this autobody shop. I was directed to car star of Pennington on route 31 by my former car insurance company. They repaired my rear bumper where I was hit only to have the repair work start to bubble up and flake off causing the damage to show through after only a months time. When I came back to have the work corrected I also paid have my low beam headlight replaced. I was charged a bit over a hundred dollars for the replacement of the headlight. Once again only a month later the same headlight that car star had repaired goes out again. This time they refused to give me any discount and only offered to repair the headlight at full cost blaming the issue on anything other than possible poor workmanship when it is a well known fact that when handling a headlight bulb you can not touch the glass of the bulb because the oils from your fingers will cause the bulb to blow out prematurely. My vehicle is relatively new. The chances of a short or bad fuse have been ruled out and the likelihood of a bad bulb is about one in several million. They are friendly to the costumers face but the workmanship is poor and they do not stand by their work. As luck would have it a week after my headlight went out again I was issued a ticket for having a blown out headlight. Thanks for nothing car star of Pennington

The Staff is VERY Professional, Geico and Enterprise all in one place? I tell it was a God sent that I was able to use these people Thanks to Geico, Andrew was very Professional, i would definitely refer them to everyone THEY ARE Excellent!!!!!

Charged me extra days for rental, had to deal with it myself. Hearing a rattle after repairs went to show them. 10 minutes later told me it's fixed and sent me home with the same rattle. Don't have time to deal with this crap, if anything happens in the future I will not choose to have repairs done here.

The moment I walked in got greeted and got great customer service. I had gotten into an accident which had messed up my front end and windshield. I have to say they did a hell of a job! When I went to pick up the car I got to inspect it and make sure I was 100% satisfied. I had a small issue I saw and it got taken care of by Chris and within 10 mins I got the car back. I cannot express how happy I am to have picked this place to get my car fixed, if I ever have anything happen again this is the place to go. I will definitely recommend this place!

They painted my 94 Mustang. Job is amazing! I get complimented at all the local car shows, the staff especially Annette and Cindy really take customer service to a whole new level. The office was comfortable, the repairs went smooth, and the car was delivered very clean. A+
