Had an oil change and tire rotation last Thursday, 9/21/17, after work, everything seemed fine. Sunday I opened the hood to change the air filter myself.. Found no handle on the oil dipstick It was broke off So I call them Monday and ask them about it, they said if they broke it the service guy would have reported it. He said I could get a replacement on eBay Ummm, No. So before I went over their head, I noticed on Monday the left rear brakes sounded funny I thought it was needing brakes. It was sounding worse. So tonight after I picked up my 2 1/2 yr old grandson, I started to jack it up to look at the brake pads. Well Three out of five lug nuts were pretty loose, and close to falling off!!! The other 2 were loose. So I'm getting pissed. I check the 2 front tires, they're tight. I check the right rear, and ALL 5 lug nuts were loose!!! I tighten them up and go back to take the left rear tire off. Brakes are good.. So, all is back together now with all wheels tight.. Took my Jeep out for a test drive and there was absolutely no noise from the rear wheels! Unbelievable. I'm glad my neighbor just happened to come over to see what I was doing. He was shocked as well. The bottom line is I thank God I didn't have to go very far to bring my grandson home. However, I have been doing 60mph + on US40 going to and from work.. I have since sent a message to their web page so they would have this on record and just maybe someone would call or e-mail me to apologizebut that has not happened. So, here is my review. Also, I think do to my Facebook post, you may have lost other customers as well. As well as my upcoming purchase of another Jeep.

Bought a used Jeep here. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Sales person allowed me to drive car home so my wife could see it. We dickered back and forth on trade-in value but eventually came to a deal. Financial Mgr was very helpful and explained each piece of paper we had to sign. Overall it was a very good experience.

Incredibly unintelligent and rude on the phone. I sat on hold waiting for the repair shop for over 20 minutes. When I finally got a hold of a human being and explained mg situation his exact response was "umm so what you need an appointment?"
