Avoid their service center. I took my car in for an oil change, they told me I needed work done on my brakes. I agreed to let them work on the brakes. They replaced the caliper and a few hoses. Since then, my car has had problems. I took it to a different certified service center. They said that Andy Mohr did a horrible job on my brakes. I've taken my car back to Andy Mohr five times, and they still cannot get it right. Everyday my life is in danger because someone does not know what they are doing, and I have to worry if my brakes are going to hold. The second dealer pointed out the problem and showed me what was wrong. If you have incompetent workers working on something as important as brakes, then quit taking money and not performing sound work. If the problem is not rectified, I will most likely see you in court.

I often find that dealerships tend to be somewhat cagey about prices when women are the ones car-shopping. However, on my recent visit, the salesman I worked with (Kenneth Walden) was upfront about the out the door cost of the vehicle I looked at, as well as friendly, helpful and respectful. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Chevy Cruze here and it was a really good experience. We were promptly greeted when we arrived and we told the salesman, Adam, what we were looking for and he showed us everything. Adam did a great job of explaining every feature and difference between the models of cars that we were looking at. We went on a test drive and my wife and I settled on a car. Andy Mohr Speedway Chevrolet did a great job of helping us lot through financing as well. Overall, great car buying experience!

I've leased three cars from Andy Mohr Speedway Chevrolet and have had all three serviced there. I have almost always been happy with the service and with the sale. When I haven't been entirely happy, they have fixed the issue.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Avoid this place at all cause. They tried to charge for things that weren't broken. They ransacked my car and missing cologne, car charger and sun glasses. So unless you want to be stolen from and ripped off then avoid this place like the plague.

I went to Andy Mohr to look at a 2015 Dodge Challenger. I was greeted by Keeneth Walden. We took it for a test drive. I was ready to buy it then. We ran my credit. Keeneth and the finance Dept worked their ass off and I got a great deal. I was very pleased with the effort and willingness to get me in the car. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Well my vehicle was towed here after my tire blew out on the free way. We (my daughter & myself) arrived & went inside where 4 reps all men were. After 5 minutes still not a rep even saying anything now our tow truck driver walks in & he's greeted & asked "can we help you?" He replied "they were next" I still tried not to think it was anything but just bad customer service but I can't. My business wasn't wanted. When I seen I was overlooked repeatedly until my tow truck driver has to approach the rep to get someone to give me service. There were others who came in but was treated completely different than myself. They repaired my vehicle.My thoughts on this is unbelievable. I'm not any different than anyone else so I should be treated as such. Never would I have my vehicle serviced here again or recommend this company either.
