I purchased a used vehicle from Jorge Sanchez a few days ago. He is very polite, professional, not pushy, very knowledgeable and it was an all around easy and pleasant experience. He and Tracy in finance were the two that made me feel like they valued my business and wanted me to return. Really enjoyed my car buying experience today. All the staff was so friendly and courteous. Edgar Gonzales was my sales rep and he is awesome. He made sure my car needs were met. The staff worked together and I was in and out within a few hours with a car I've always wanted. This pertains to Ford's Service department.
I really wish I could give no stars. Here's the classic story of a mechanic trying to rip somebody off: I had recently taken my car in to get new brakes and rotors. While the mechanic had the car, he said that he heard a whining noise at high speeds (which is most likely caused by a throw out bearing or the input/output bushings of the transmission etc.), and I should take my car in to Ford since it was still under warranty. I take it to Butler Ford, and they take my car a mile down the road and back. I get a call from them saying, "yeah there is a whining noise, and it is most likely coming from your rear gear differentials (which they had been informed that I changed). It will be $1100 to fix it and a $99 inspection fee." So I asked about the throw-out bearings and the bushings, and they said they didn't check those, nor would they because it would take them too long. This sounded ridiculous to me, so I looked at the car myself (with some mechanic history) and then took it to a very trusted/reliable mechanic to take a look. He gave a thorough inspection and said there was nothing wrong at all with it, and that this was just an example of a dealership trying to rip somebody off. Butler Ford wanted me to pay $1200 to fix a problem that didn't exist, and they wouldn't even take the time to look at what I had requested. I'd take my Ford to a Chevy dealership before I take it back to Butler Ford,

Purchased a 2015 hyundai elantra from Butler Ford. was also sold a 36000 mile "extended" warranty. Vehicle Manufacturer has 222nd owner warranty up to 60,000 milesat 63807 we're now told there's nothing that anybody can do to fix our car. They pretty much stacked warranties. When we called they said the computer shows we have a warranty up to 63447 just 380 miles over. Was given warranty number called and was told no such warranty even exists under that VIN number! someone probably pocketed the money. Family went up there to speak with dealership and spent four hours to resolve nothing but we're told that they could put them in a new car they didn't want a new car they wanted theirs fixed after going on and on nothing got done just the run around and poor excuses told that management and employment had switched since date of contract. At no time did anybody make any acknowledgment of responsibility.called to speak with Brian Shepard manager left message was never returned call. Family is Hispanic and believes that salesman took advantage of communication barrierfailed to mention everything about contract and even promised car had extended warranty yet wrote on contract warranty mileage starts at zero. They bought the car at 27k which legally according to the contract we purchased just 9k miles in warranty. when it was time to sign contract family was rushed stating it "was getting late" John the sales manager was cool He did what he could. They will be contacting attorney in the morning

I can not even begin to give thanks where thanks is due! I've been searching for a vehicle for myself for the past month and some weeks. And it had really turned into an anxiety and dreaded dastardly thing, that I hated and despised, literally! I had a very limited amount of finances that was inherited from my father's death recently, his last gift of support to me. I just knew I had to really Becareful and make wise choices and think carefully to avoid a crippling financial disaster of buying a car that was junk for the amount of money that I had. I ran into Butler Ford yesterday, after going to see another vehicle in milledgeville that was an utter nightmare and a heartfelt disappointment that I didn't want to deal with then. Just on a whim, I took a chance and pulled into Butler's car lot, just to see their inventory and probably just do some wishful thinking and wanting. This beautiful young woman, Tabitha Griffin, took a chance and extended the offer to just see if she might could even try to help me find a car there that I had enough cash for or even to just make it a better day for me by some chance. Well, I ended up buying a little used car from them, at a really fair and awesome price, I got a little ride of my own that is a great little car and I'm ever so very proud to have it I love it! Perfect for me in every way possible! Truly my Daddy did help me with his gift he provided me with to help better myself in some way. Butler Ford is a really awesome place. And Ms. Tabitha, you are an awesome heartfelt hard-working lady! Thank you for being a miracle worker in my life, without fail you worked your butt off to get me my little car. You are a treasure! Tabitha Griffin @ Butler Ford was fantastic to work with. Spoke to her on the phone and told her what I was looking for. She texted me pictures of the car so I could see it before I went in. Answered all of my questions and went to bat to get my payments where I needed them to be. This 2015 Toyota looks and drives like brand new! Thank you Tabitha & Butler Ford!!!
