Bar was ok, service was good, beer selection was limited. Was there around 9pm and there were dozens of children running around. It was like a chuck-e-cheese.

The room and service was exceptional. The only issue I had was checking in with my company. The hostess wanted my credit card even though I told her to use the company card. She eventually realized the company had already taken care of my stay.

We travel a lot. The facade of this facility is deceiving. Matte/beige/stucco(?) squat rectangles. But inside is like a casinoe. Bright, beautiful, modern. Great food and craft beer selection in the bar/restaurant. Across the street from a fun pizza joint and sports bar. Right off the highway this was one of our favorite hotels on our last vacation. Thank you!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night even though there was a big buisness event going on and the hotel was packed. The rooms remained quiet. The air conditioning was modern and not a drop in window kind. The TV was newer and the images sharp. The pool was clean and nice as was the hot tub. The price of food and drinks in the hotel are astronomical though. Definitely way higher than you'd expect. We're not in NYC here or anything but 10 dollars for a house wine is definitely steep. Average breakfast meal 14. Your talking standard fare here too, not top shelf or exotic anything. Starbucks coffee that's sitting in carafes for who knows how long that you need to pour and make yourself is 4 bucks for a venti. Would have had higher marks but the cost is a real bummer.

I stay here every time I have business in Buffalo. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. It has a great bar and the food is decent. It's right next to Santora's which a great bar with awesome food. Highly recommend.

I like this Marriott. I rate the usually based on - service, concierge lounge (service,food,coffee), size and quality of the hotel gym, and finally the room. The rooms are good in almost all Marriott's some better than others. Service is good, what you'd expect at most M hotels. The lounge was good too and the service was great. A few different snack options in the evening, including first a service of chicken then followed by pasta. Was nice to have options. Breakfast was the typical eggs, oatmeal, and bacon plus a couple extras - potatoes and sausage. Good coffee too, Starbucks I think. Great gym.

Very disappointed. Stayed in many hotels and this one wasn't up to par. No coffee maker in the room ( even though that coffee is lousy anyway). No hair dryer. No benches outside under the trees. They have a Starbucks in the Lobby but no attendant. The only positive was the consierge lounge. Worth the extra few dollars for appetizers and drinks.

My recent stay at Buffalo Marriott Niagara has been enjoyable. The room was modern and included a full size couch. The water pressure in the shower was very strong. I did not give a 5 star review because the bed was too firm. This hotel is also conveniently located a minute off of the interstate. I would stay here again.

Great location, right off the highway. Checking in was a very pleasant experience because of the friendliness of the staff. The room was clean and carefully though out. Plenty of outlets with eas access. I would especially compliment our breakfast server, Grace. She was the most pleasant, efficient and thoughtful waitress I have ever had anywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The event we attended was very well put together. The good was excellent and had a large variety. The only issue was there were very few gluten free options, so my cousin was only able to have the turkey and salad at the event. Perhaps having one gluten-free carb at the event would have been fabulous. The facilities were excellent and staff were very friendly!

Attended an off site team meeting. The room was nice but somewhat outdated. Lunch and snacks were both very good. I especially enjoyed the soft pretzels with cheese!

Called on Friday March 24th 2017 and spoke with Casey who was by far the most outgoing, informative and friendly person you could EVER ask for! Seriously deserves a raise and should train others how to answer the phone and interact with any customer or prospective customer! We were given a phenomenal rate for my family and I! Actually my niece decided to join us and they accommodated us with a roll on full size bed at no cost. Greg the "bellman" who gets all the same accolades as Casey was outstanding as well and delivered our luggage with the greatest of care and refused to accept any help. The hotel is great in EVERY WAY possible! I could write a book about the unbelievable tremendous, friendly and speedy service! If you are coming to town or just want to get away for a night and go for a swim THIS IS THE PLACE! DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Thanks again to Casey, Greg and everyone else who treated my family like their own and for providing us with a perfect weekend! My hat definitely goes off to this Marriott and ALL off it's staff!

This hotel is old but very adequate is the best description I can provide. The location is good for shopping, the staff are friendly, plenty of parking, clean rooms and nice restaurant. I have stayed here a few times already and wouldn't hesitate to stay again as the rates are very competitive.
