We purchased a new vehicle from Darryl and had a great experience! I’m pretty busy so most of the communication was thru email. I appreciated this as some dealers refuse to discuss anything over email instead demanding a phone call. Darryl was very low pressure and was not pushy which we really appreciated! I took my car for a timing belt, and they did a great job. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The waiting area is so nice, free Wifi, and they have desk, where you can get something done, while they are working on your car.

I can't say enough great things about Brighton Honda. They really rolled out the red carpet for me. They picked up my old car from my home while I purchased a beautiful new Honda Civic. They did all of the insurance exchange, credit checks, etc., while I relaxed, drinking a cup of their delicious coffee. No anxiety at all for me. Perfectly seamless sale. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and staff. Kudos to Erik Larsen who got the ball rolling.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at any car dealership. I was able to put a down payment on a vehicle to reserve it for myself months before they had it in stock. Despite the vehicle being very hyped and them only receiving one, the salesman did not try to renegotiate the deal on me. A lot of other dealerships were selling this car at huge mark ups above MSRP and adding on "forced" accessories and options. Not Brighton Honda. They are honest and trustworthy, which in the "least trustworthy" industry or car sales, holds a LOT of weight. They treated my vehicle with respect, and for that I will be driving the hour back to have it serviced at their dealership instead of the local dealership.

For anyone looking to purchase a Honda, it's worth traveling to this dealer to do business with them.

We had work done on our Honda Odyssey here. We specially drove out to Brighton Honda because of their great reviews and good pricing even when there were two other Honda dealerships closer to us. They have the best customer service. Extremely friendly and very informative. Rob G. was amazing and really took care of us beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend them. The price was better than any of the other dealers around. We are very happy customers and wouldn't hesitate to drive the extra distance to specially go to them. A+++++

Needed some parts for my 04 Email. They didn't have them in stock so they ordered them for me. I was promptly called the moment they came in and went to pick them up. I was greeted by a friendly not overbearing staff and they directed me to the parts counter where the parts guy was happy to answer and look up several other things I needed.

Darryl responded promptly to email inquiries while away from work. Jill returned messages in a timely manner. Bob was easy to deal with and listened to me on getting the car I asked for, without trying the sales pitch to make a higher priced sale. Made two trips to the dealership due to wanting a specific color. Don't think I spent more than an hour there in total. Car buying made easy.
