The worst experience I've had. Later learned its not a corporate store. I took my fiance's bracelet in to have a piece fixed and not only did they loose it, they wouldn't replace it, and then offered me the current store value (it's discontinued so it was close to nothing but obviously sentimental to us). I had to call a REAL store to get information on the bracelet to have the real store say sorry I ever went to this store. Worst service, worst people, and don't ever give them anything to work on. Chances are you won't see it again.
