The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. It was within easy walking distance of great restaurants as well. And the breakfast was very good. It's great that a small town can have such a well run hotel.

It was very nice lighting was great as well as water pressure, a large variety of channel listings on the TVs and the workers were very friendly I personally felt right at home!

Booked this hotel as it is close to the railroad and liked the amenities. Disappointed that upon arrival we found the hotel was under construction for renovations and the pool was closed. Had I known this I likely would have booked elsewhere. The room was nice. Housekeeping was loud in the morning. Continental breakfast was a plus. Friendly staff.

The location is pretty easy to find; kind of on the center of town. The room was very modern and comfortable, and good and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The one big downsidesound control. Folks in the halls sounded as loud as if they were in my room. The walls didn't muffle much sound either from neighboring rooms. I ended up having to run the fan all night to get some sleep. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was very good. One of the best continental breakfasts I've had in a hotel. The room was recently redone, so everything was very clean and modern. The beds were nice, though much softer than I prefer. The kids were disappointed the pool was under renovation, and I wish we'd been made aware of that before booking, but the stay was nice enough that I'd return. Hopefully next time the pool will be completed.

The lady that worked the front desk was great, very nice. The rooms were clean and fully stocked. The pool area was great. Then breakfast was good for the holiday inn. Great experience over all.

very good location if you are visiting your Davis & Elkins student. Clean rooms, good breakfast. That staff was excellent (I'm talking about you, Bill). Within a few blocks of some surprisingly good restaurants.

Holiday Inn Express in Elkins is a very nice place to stay at. I love the master suite it's on the bottom floor with a nice huge tub in living room. I love it there. Plus has a nice pool and hot tub.

Spent a lovely weekend. Came to ride the train. It was across the street. Everything was close by. Not one complaint. Breakfast was excellent rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect couples weekend. Brochures of local activities lead us to the gandy dancer theater where we had dinner and a show. Perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommend starting here while in Elkins. The beds were amazing and the hotel was clean. The hot tub and pool are indoors. There is a patio with a grill and a nice social space, though it's pretty close to the parking lot.
