Women's Prison adds to the economic infrastructure and unemployment rate. Basically our state officials downsize almost to the point closing the doors. One of this areas oldest suppliers of jobs Thus , turn around and replace it even though it is employment in the opposite field. It still supports the area's economic needs for sustainability while stimulating grow economically. All the while quelling any worries about loss of jobs and their standard of living.
