If I had the ability to leave zero stars I would. We are no longer patients here. However, we need my son's medical records and they refuse to provide them to us because we aren't patients anymore. They advised to call my new doctor even though i was told to call them. I would advise to not use this facility

This is an excellent professional pediatric practice. All of the doctors, nurses and administrators really care about the patients. I could not be more pleased with the care my two children have received from this practice for the last fourteen years.

Up until the last two years Concord Pediatrics was just fine. Then they started tacking on unauthorized additional fees onto the billing and refuse to remove the charges. Then they deleted my son's secondary insurance info from their system and billed me the remaining balance. I called their billing area and advised them his secondary was not cancelled and they said they would bill it correctly. What do I find in my mail box??? Another bill still showing they did not bill the secondary insurance. Writing a nasty letter back. Your billing department needs to be trained properly. I am completely fed up with Concord Pediatrics. Just changed my kids doctor to another office. So done with Concord pediatrics. Their office is a joke! Becky in billing is a total $#@:h. She interrupts you on the phone when you speak. Accuses you of yelling if you question their billing practices. Tells you you said they billed fraudulently when it was me telling them the response I received as to why my primary insurance originally rejected the charge. Then she goes as far as lying about what really happened to the office having a letter sent to tell me to be nicer to their office or they would terminate carr for my kids. Already found a new doctor the same day and it was the easiest transition ever. Good luck as I will be reporting you to my insurance companies. Your billing team has the most unprofessional billers I have ever seen. I work in insurance dealing with regulation and billing requirements. You should fire everyone and start from scratch. Hope Becky liked my last sign off to her since I will never be calling again.

Love the practice and the doctors. They have been fantastic with my son and have bent over backwards to treat him with the utmost care. Highly recommend!!

I went to Concord Pediatrics as a child and now have taken my child there for the past 10 1/2 years. I strongly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care for their children. The doctors and nurses are all very knowledgeable and kind.
