Great gluten free menu and amazing beer/cider selection! The roast duck was one of the best meals I've had in a long time :)

A very warm place on a cold night. Careful staff, great food, and an amazing beer selection. Bar or restaurant seating. Great smells and a relaxing hubbub in the background. Reminds me of classic turn of the century eastern taverns, with impeccably polished woodwork.

We went for Sour Beer Fest and were not disappointed. The place has a quaint, European feel to it. Good service (although a little slow, but they were very busy when we ate there last!) and the food was excellent!

I've had a lot or burgers and most of the time they're exactly okay. This place had the best burger I've had in my life. It's also moderately priced at $12 plus fries that are amazing.

Definitely worth giving a try at least once.

Excellent beer selection and very flavorful food. The beer list contains many bruise that I was unfamiliar with but the descriptions are sufficient so you can make an informed decision.

Very nice looking restaurant that serves good authentic Belgian food. They also have a wide variety of beers. The staff is always friendly. It is a bit expensive but definitely worth it. I would recommend this place

This place had great food. Everything was perfectly prepared and played very well. The only gripe I would have is there are no reservations, which could make it a little nerving having to wait to be seated. But all around the service and food was wonderful.

Brasserie V is one of my favorite restaurants in Madison. I've been here many times and never gotten the same entree twice, and they've all been fantastic. Their beer and wine selection is excellent, too. If you like Trappist beers, European farmhouse ales, and other uncommon imports, you'll find your niche at Brasserie V.

Oh - get the cheese plate, too.

What can I say, this is my favorite restaurant in Madison. Their beer tap list is off the charts good. I've had things here I have never seen anywhere else. You can also get a half pour, which allows you to try more things! The food is on point too. The V Burger and the seasonal V Burger are by far the best burgers in Madison.

Definitely the best beers on campus. Most of them were imported from what I saw, which would explain the high prices. Servers were friendly, available, music wasn't too loud, and I really liked the ambience in general.
I forgot the name but try their house beer!!

It was great, unique food that you can eat. The duck club is amazing. Cheese board has an excellent selection. Probably the best Ruben we have ever had. Service was attentive good atmosphere, and the desserts amazing. Only small issue, the coffee, nice place would have expected at least press pots. But we will return.
