Such a dirty place!!! It doesn't have any commodities either and the service is bad! We would recommend not to go to this hotel!!

Great location in the back Bay. An older hotel, but kept up nicely, and priced reasonably. Very friendly staff and great location!

I'm glad someone wrote that they checked for bed bugs and didn't find any. This place is old dusty and worn out. The carpet is gross. The bathroom sink and tub are midewy and cracked. The sheets are clean. There is no WiFi. So forget that

This place was awful. The smell of toxic mold, fungus growing on the shower ceiling. Blood stained sheets, just terrible all around. Go read the Yelp reviews and heed the warnings of the photos there!

Dirty drain. NO wifi in rooms. Wifi situation should have been made clearer. "Complimentary wifi in common areas" implies tht wifi in room is available with fee, which is common, but not here. Not worth the price.

The staff was pleasant great location, but when we first arrived there was a pile of chips on the floor next to the elevator doors and it was still there 5 days later when we left. Cleanliness isn't a top priority.

I called the hotel on September 23 2017 just to ask if they offer free breakfast since when you google the hotel it does mention it .The woman who picked up the phone was so rude .She yelled at me " no we don't offer free breakfast i asked why was she yelling she said "because i told you before we don't " I said its the first time I am calling .She yelled more and said we haven't offered free breakfast in 3 years.
I am 52 years old and I have never talked to anyone this rude in my whole life.response / report this review -

The location is great, hotel is safe and comfortable. Definitely could use an update. A little hard to find, not very well signed. Small rooms. Bed was ok.

This hotel is conveniently located and the service was great. The rooms are not updated and the bathroom was a bit small but the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. It was very affordable and accommodating.

The hotel was very nice, just far enough away from the common that there was not too much foot traffic, yet it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The hotel itself was also not crowded, and was nice an quiet. The rooms were a bit small.

This a great affordable hotel between Back Bay and Copley. The hotel has been around for a long time in one manner or another.
The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel rooms are old school. No refrigerator, no microwave oven, etc. Some rooms get wifi, but not all.
The key is that the hotel never promises these things. You get a good place to stay and can afford it!response / report this review -

Took professional examination there. The room we were in was nice, and the hotel in general was neat looking. The place was also easy to find and convenient to the someway. Room temperature was comfortable. My only complaint is that the hot water didn't seem to work in the ground floor female bathroom.
