Very nice staff, welcomed right when we walked in the door! The room was very nice, clean and spacious, extra pillows and fuzzy blankets also offered in a closet on the floor your room is on. First time staying here with my boyfriend and will definitely be coming back when we visit the city next!

Stayed for a week in December. Fairly good location that’s easily within walking distance to sights. Quiet during the weekend due to the finance district. Clean, well priced and room was a decent size. Friendly staff. Free water and if you need an iron and ironing boardit’s in the hallway closet.

Excellent hotel. There are sufficient outlets by the bed (a requirement for a 21st century hotel). The cleanliness is top notch. Be aware that there is no breakfast, and there are not many options close by (there is a restaurant attached to the hotel that does serve breakfast). Club Quarters never lets me down.

Sheek, simple and clean. Incredible location being dead centre downtown. Cute business lobby area with complimentary drinks, coffee, fruits and snacks. Easy self check-in/out. Optional late checkout (3pm) for $50 was great. Would recommend staying here again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Great room, quiet. The check in process was easy and I was able to leave my bag at the hotel before my room was ready. The lounge actually had a fair number of guests working or sitting around drinking the complimentary coffee, which was a nice treat. Definitely remember to get a bottle of water from the chilled water machine.

The price wasn't bad for downtown Boston, although the room was small. The self checkin/out kiosk was cool but it also means less human interactions/greetings. The gaps between door and frame is bit wide so lots of hallway light can shine in. Also, the windows are not sound proofed as I could hear trucks noise all night long.

Hotel is very well located near subway station and city attractions. Got upgraded to a room with a small kitchen. Was perfect for having breakfast in the morning. Hotel was good, although we could hear the outside noise. Hotel does not have its own parking but has a deal with an indoor parking lot 2 blocks away for 25$ a day. There was no cart for us to bring our luggages to our room. Staff was not very helpful when we asked about some activities to do and we're not aware of shows or events going on that night in the city. They referred us to the Internet. Great for the price we paid. Would have been disappointed if paid full price.

Loved everything about this hotel. Great location and staff was friendly and were pront to assist when needed especially Carlos, Sabine and Larry. Room was small but had everything we needed. Cleaning service was good as well. Busy street during the day but quiet at night. Overall, everything was within walking distance❤️

No frills hotel but just what you need. Its in a great location, which to me is walking distance of most attractions but also in. Quiet street to get away from the hustle & bustle. The hotel is clean, staff is very helpful. We stayed in a suite which was great with my little one. I would stay here again

Amazing hotel!!! It was such a great location and reasonably priced. We were visiting last weekend (6/3 - 6/4) for our daughter's birthday and had such a great time.

Very welcoming place. Held our bags for us while we explored the city, even though we weren't guests at the hotel. Great bar with friendly service.

Nice hotel. Nice restaurant inside with room service, English pub themed. Has a club room with free printer, internet, computer access, drinks and snacks. There is fill-your-own purified bottled water on every floor. Room itself is lackluster. Toilet seat has to be held up by hand because a shelf is over it so it can't stay open. Toilet also looks like something industrial out of a sports stadium or movie theater. Bed has no fitted sheets and is somewhat uncomfortable with all of the springs.

Update! It seems you are either going to get a decent room or a pretty rough around the edges place - lowering stars from 4 to 3. My room this time had full on tiles coming up and kicked around the bathroom. See picture.

Before: Truly a pleasant experience! My room was very fresh and clean. It was much larger than I expected with a large desk and vanity, separate, of course. If the price is competitive, this is a good option in the area.
