I've been shopping at Bob's for years and have always had such a pleasant shopping experience, but working with Jamie Lee was one of the best experiences yet! She is the most respectful, patient, and helpful salesperson I've worked with. She went out of her way to help me throughout the entire process and gave me and my family plenty of space while we decided on what we wanted. Bob's Discount Furniture will always be my go-to and I look forward to working with Jamie Lee in the future for anything else I might need!

I had my furniture delivered yesterday and this review is primarily for the awesome and painless delivery process with Bob's. The delivery team was capable and made the process seemless and convenient. I like that you can watch the truck's location in real time to see where they're at as far as timing, and they did all of the heavy lifting and assembly quick and efficiently. Thanks so much for such an overall great experience at such a great value.

Walking into bobs today after visiting a few competitors I was unsure what I was going to find. I’m not fond of the pushy sales person. Upon entering the show room I was approached by Jacob. He welcomed me into the store and was personable and not over bearing, right away I felt I had made a good choice by deciding to stop in to see what this chain had to offer because I didn’t feel any pressure from the salesman. After a short friendly conversation he was able to pin point three different items I may be interested in. He showed me each piece and told me a little about each one. After answering all my questions (he was very knowledgeable) I decided on purchasing from bobs. After my experience today I would recommend my friends to come and do business with him again.

After visiting a lot of stores, we finally found a living room set that we liked. I was very impressed with the selection they had. Our sales person Jacob was very knowledgeable and patient. After scheduling our delivery, it was no surprise that it would be cancelled due to the “Storm”. After speaking with Mateo the manager, he was able reschedule our delivery with easy. New England’s weather is unpredictable, but Mateo made it all better. My wife is happy, therefore everyone is happy.

We were in need for a couch, so we decided to come back to Bob’s after buying our bed last year. We walked in and were greater by Brian Wilcox and he spent over an hour with us finding the right couch for our family. He was knowledgeable, kind and was easy to talk too. Best of all, we had our 10 month old son with us and Brian was great with him. He helped him stand and walk along the couches. Manager Luis came over while we were finishing up and he was great. They each personalized our experience and i can say we will be back in the future to more furniture to make our house a home. Thank you for the great experience and our son LOVED the chocolate chip cookie!

Hey guys want to personally thank you for the bed bugs we brought home from your pit!!! That never existed in our house until after this furniture came!!!! I’m super excited about having to bomb our house and the exterminator that’s coming today!!!! I’m even more excited with your wonderful customer service department who would not help at all and told us it was our responsibility to check the furniture (who checks for bugs!) Yari A. ID #62 thanks for your awesome help!!! Especially when you told us you would have known to check the furniture of course you do because after some research there are TONS of people who have had this problem!!! She said her supervisor would call us back in 24 hours and refused to give us that number and not one call has been received!!!!
The best part? We can’t return this furniture and we put it on credit so now have to pay off furniture we had to get rid of!!!!! Thanks guys!!!response / report this review -

We were greeted immediately as we entered Bob's Discount Furniture. We were shown the item we wished to purchase. The transaction was quick. We browsed the store and enjoyed the ice cream. Thank you Bob for your unique customer services.

What a great experience Cora with acceptance now was great. Annmarie in the pit was very knowledgeable. And Jacob and geroge up front in the show room great guys, so easy to talk to and made this process a breeze. Definitely will be coming back.

My boyfriend and I went in the other day in lieu of Pottery Barn and found exactly what we were looking for with Sarah's help. She had several suggestions for us, but was not at all pushy. We went back and forth between a couple of options and she was very patient, even though we were only going to purchase an accent chair and not and entire bedroom set or something with a higher price tag. We even left buying more things than we'd initially gone in for and are very happy with our purchases. Thank you!!

Made a visit to this store over the weekend, I just moved and needed a new mattress. This place blew my mind, don't have these kind of stores where I'm from (New Mexico).
A young guy named Tony was showing us their memory foam beds we didn't feel that normal sales pressure, turns out he was the store manager! Great people, great prices. Glad I stopped here first.

I went into Bob's in Manchester with my parents to find an inexpensive sofa set for their house for when my kids go to visit and ended up in the outlet where Ken Seeger asked if there was anything he could help us find. Usually when you think of an outlet you think cheap and damaged, but that wasn't the case for us at all. Ended up finding a great buy and it looked brand new! If you're looking for something relatively inexpensive yet good, and you can take same day, go to the outlet in Manchester and ask for Ken! Not pushy but attentive!

The front office was great!! Maryanne was very helpful in finding us the love seat to match our couch. Also the warehouse was amazing in helping us fit it in our vehicle. I love our new love seat!! Bobs employees are amazing!!

Very Disappointed in Bob's for Poor Customer Service. They need to better train their employees on how to better address customers in a more PROFESSIONAL manner! Also, Not post FALSE & INACCURATE advertisement on items that are for sale. What you see is you should get and NOT a price you make up in your mind! I EXPECTED better after spending so much money here!

I had a wonderful experience with Adam at the Bob's Manchester location today. He was a great resource, so professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Adam is such an asset to your establishment and very, very helpful. He went above and beyond, took the time to tell me about my options and assist me in making the right selection for my home. I will be returning to Bob's again in the very near future.
