STAY AWAY ! THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS, THE HOT WATER DOESNT WORK, THE ROOMS SMELL. THE HEATER/AC ARE ANCIENT AND SMELL. I STAY IN LOTS OF RED ROOFS THIS HOTEL IS WORSE THAT MOTEL 6. SERIOUSLY ! THIS IS A VERY DIRTY PLACE AND IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A DECENT PLACE TO STAY THEN MOVE ON.

After wanting to rent a smoking room which was not available at the time the manager decided to come to the room to let us know that we would have to go outside in the cold and it was 25 degrees at the time. Another thing was the smoke detector was not working in the room. I felt that the didn’t accommodate me they ask me if it’s card or cash and then the came asking for a card to be it on file. The room smells like it was a smoking room already I wouldn’t recommend anyone not even my friends to come here. The treatment of the guests was very unprofessional from the moment I ask for a smoking room they should have told me what they need to.

Stay away - Housekeeping stole. I returned to my room to see the tip I left the housekeeper was gone, as well as some unopened food I had. Nothing else in the room was touched. I confronted management and they lied and said the maid thought I had checked out, despite leaving all my other things in place and not cleaning the room. Don't stay at a vernon motel. They are all owned by people who do not care about you except for your money.

The staff was very friendly when we came to check in, but the place itself is sub par. The upstairs smelled very strongly of smoke (cigarette or otherwise). Our room itself did not smell, but the light/fan switch in the bathroom sounded like a garbage disposal when switched, so we used the heat lamp in the bathroom for a light. It did not seem to put out any heat, but it did cut out intermittently, every few minutes. It was also very difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Overall, it was adequate, and the price was fine.

Decent peace for a one night stay. Can't really complain much. The bathroom smelled a bit of something, but it seemed clean. The room was clean as well. We could hear the neighbors, but it was mostly quiet. It is close to a few restaurants one of which is pretty good.

Rented a room from them and when I walked in the smell of smoke with thick in the air. I asked for another room and they give me one two doors down. The room itself was very basic. The problem was however that it looks like the sheets have been cleaned. Very wrinkled. And on one of the beds there was a big brown stain right by the pillow area. Add to that the bathroom had gone through a hasty renovation. Some of the tiles were coming off the wall and around the base board area there was one or two missing. For $85 per night I would expect at least clean sheets

The place is so dirty. The room was dirty there were crumbs all over the wall. The sheets were stained and we had a dirty towel in the bathroom. Like an actually USED dirty towel that was still wet!!!!!!! We could not stay there we wanted to check out early the very next day and the lady was rude and told us we had to "GET OUT"

Stopped here while traveling. This Red Roof Inn refused to honor my rewards card. Paid double the amount that I have paid at other Red Roof Inns. Would not recommend this to other Red Roof members.

We got s good room at a good rate, but the hotel is really run down and in need of renovation. Walking down the hallway I saw a lot of room doors with touch up paint. Rather strange clientele(?) hanging around the place and half completed construction.
