As of 3/23/18, I wouldn't stay here. The building is in horrible condition and the staff are terrible. When submitting a complaint about my room's condition, I was told "that's what happens when they only pay us $10/hour".
Also, the Wifi doesn't work and the (originally white) towels, had become yellow. The walls are paper thin, you can hear full conversations from neighboring rooms.response / report this review -

This is a terrific location as it's within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. The staff is great, very accommodating. The rooms have amenities that help make you feel at home.

Cigarette burns in the head board along with a hand print of questionable substance. Don't look under the bed, i guess it's called a dust ruffle for a reason. Shower and toilet were clean one wash cloth had men's stubble on it. Stove top was also dirty. Linen was also clean. Tv stand has extensive cosmetic damage. And there was food in the heater/ air conditioner vent. I understand this isn't the Ritz but have some pride.

Advertised as having breakfast - no breakfast apart from a fruit bar or muffin. No hot water on last day then no water. Called redception no answer. No room service

overall good experience. booked the Studio/ 2 Full beds. Had a mini kitchen to my surprise which was great for the price. Spacious and clean . Water pressure and shower head was he only negative.

One star is generous. Reserved a nonsmoking room online to find zero rooms available. Went on a "tour" of other available smoking rooms and settled with one. Our cards did not swipe correctly, then once we got access, realized the sheets were dirty and the rug was definitely not vacuumed. Went downstairs to ask to get our sheets changed and we were handed a pile of sheets to change ourselves. Once we change the sheets we realize a chunk of hair behind the chair on the floor Absolutely disgusting. Will not return ever. Do not recommend.

Rooms are a decent size. Not a beautiful view but in a central part of Manchester. Beds are comfortable. Kitchens and Bathrooms are a fantastic size. I'd recommend.

Biggest pet peeve I understand you want to make a dollar, but if you have a guest and they reserved early and requested early check-in why on earth would you give out the room so now they get into town earlier then what.

First room our toilet was dirty. They placed us in a larger room at no charge after we mentioned it. They were having water issues so I had to take a lukewarm shower. Staff was very welcoming and friendly however.

Where to begin? We booked three rooms at this hotel for a large touring party, weary from travel. When we arrived, they refused to give us more than one room, despite us having been demonstrably charged for the three. The reason they cited was that the hotel was "sold out". Obviously, having failed to grasp the correlation between us getting three rooms, and the hotel being sold out, the moron front desk attendant remained obstinate, whereupon, when we insisted that she view our confirmation page proving incontrovertibly that we had booked three rooms, she refused, became hysterical and started crying. Left without options, two of our party took the room at Extended Stay, and the remainder of us were left to search out other options amongst the sprawling detritus of Manchester's budget hotel chains. When we arrived the next morning to retrieve our friends, we found out that, not only did the water not work, but there were also traces of bed bugs.
A fouler experience we have not had. I hope this hotel, and it's incompetent staff feel righteous and self assured in their pilfering of the general public, and rampant dishonesty and lack of ethics, because they will surely feel the lash of justice in short order.response / report this review -

My family and i have had great experiences everytime we have stayed here. The rooms are always clean and quiet. We also love that we are able to save money on eating by cooking for ourselves in the comfort of our room they even provide you with the pots and pans silverware and dishes to enjoy your meals. Suzanne and her staff are wonderful and we love you guys for making us feel at home away from home. Thanks for everything! 😀😘 Adam and Jessica
