Went to purchase men's house shoes. We searched throughout the men's sections but couldn't find them anywhere. But the frustrating part was, we couldn't find anyone to help. No store personnel in the department or in any of the surrounding areas. We asked the cashier at the front of the store and she pointed us back to the areas we had been searching in.

We made one more pass through and found a guy (in another area), that took us to a small section within the shoes labeled " men's closeouts". There were just the few odd pairs of house shoes. Maybe 4 or 5 pair. The employee who showed us where to look said that after the holidays, the store no longer carries them and just to go online and order them.

I like to try things on before buying. I also prefer to inspect the items for quality. Everything looks good in pictures. I think the store needs to address both the lack of help and also the lack of merchandise in store for those of us who try before buying.

Nice pleasant interior design, good appeal, climate controlled, Christmas lines suck but at least they have a system in place and is better than their competitors. A few glitches I experienced during Christmas time check out. I forgive them. Also, Customer service clerks are trained and do their job. I usually don't find what I'm looking for. A Better assortment and quality of women's plus size clothes would be real nice.

Great customer service! I had some major issues due to having someone steal my card number, and product ordered online. The were caring, understanding, and empathetic to the ordeal I had went through. Their customer service was top notch. Made me want to shop there even more.

Worst store I've ever gone to. They announced that they were closing in 15 mins and then a minute later they said 10 mins. Then they literally pushed us out of there and wouldn't let us look at anything. The employees were looking for us and saying we have to leave right this second and threatening us to leave. I would never go back to this Kohl's ever. The most rudest person ever.

Cute styles. Love the kohls cash. Sometimes you get lucky and prices ring up for lower than what the stickers says. Always clean. I always went to the Kohls in Cali when I lived out there and the hangers never matched the clothes and the shirts were always thrown everywhere. The jeffersonville store always looks organized and the hangers always match. So someone who has a CDO brain like me you want to shop here.

The jewelry Lady was checking out our purchases. I laid the pillow on the counter to let her scan it. There was hardly any room between the counter and the makeup samples. I was going to leave the pillow on the counter until we were finished purchasing our items, but the lady was insistent on putting it in the cart. When she did, she hit a bottle of liquid foundation and the bottle hit the ground and busted all over my new Nike Shockswhite shoesdark foundation. The lady got extremely rude as if I had done it. I tried to help her by picking up the glass and she seemed to get more infuriated. Needless to say, my shoes were ruined, my Miss Me jeans were ruined and I got no apologies nor reimbursement for my $300 damages. No manager was in sight to speak to. We tried to hurry home as quickly as possible to get the shoes cleaned, but it was hopeless.
