On behalf of my entire family, we would like to extend our thanks and gratitude for arranging for my mother in-law's final journey home. You consistently insured that all details were addressed and solved every challenge that arose. At a time of great stress, you relieved us of those heavy burdens. We cannot thank you and your excellent staff enough for that. I cannot say enough how pleased we were that everything was kept within our wishes: simplicity and genuine compassion. It was also important that the cost given to us over the phone was the same when we arrived at the funeral home. The professionalism, kindness, and personal attention we experienced was outstanding. Even though we knew a loved one was in their final stages, it was still extremely difficult. When our loved one passed away our minds were able to focus on what we needed to do, and the staff at Erickson-Rochon-Nash took care of the rest. They exceeded my expectations every step of the way.

Living in Chicago while calling Iron Mountain "home", it is always difficult to travel home to pay respects and honor a loved one with a final goodbye. The staff at Erickson-Rochon & Nash provides sincere compassion to a very difficult time with a distinct level of professionalism in a lovely atmosphere. We were treated like family at a recent service for my Grandmother, with above-and-beyond care by Tammy Barrows. I would rate Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home with five-plus stars.
