Great family place to purchase a vehicle. Just purchased a new Canyon and everything was in order. Stephanie Martin , an excellent sales person had everything almost done when we came in. I drive 8 Hours each way to patronize this dealership. I would do it again and again because of people like Kyle Dauby. He has treated me the same every time I call and ask to get information about a vehicle, request something or even just to talk.
This dealership treats me like I'm family! The last transaction I made was only $800 dollars cheaper than a local dealership but the treatment keeps bringing me back.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Bob Luegers in Jasper! The staff was extremely helpful in helping me find a vehicle to fit my needs. The salesman I talked to was named Woody, and I couldn't have had a better experience with him! I started looking for a new truck and even though they did not have exactly what I wanted he took my information and called me the very day something came onto the lot matching my description. I never felt presured to buy a vehicle from him, but I knew I wanted to. The staff was there to help all the way though the process from explaining the vehicles, explaining the how credit report would work, to watching me make my first vehicle purchase. I couldn't have asked for a more plesant atmospher or for a more helpful staff. I recommend Bob Luegers to anyone looking to get a new vehicle because they will treat you with respect and help you find the car that is right for you!

Was notified I had to have more work done than what I came in for. But , I was told it was going to take a half an hour to 45 minutes longer took an hour and 15 minutes longer. Was not updated on the fact that it was going to take longer than what I was told. Just keep your customer in the loop when things take more time.
All of the employees were very kind courteous just keep people in the loop.

We broke down and had to not only have our truck towed we had to have our 24 ft camper towed literally we were at their mercy. But they were very fair with us, gave us a decent trade in considering the transmission was shot. They let us stay on the property for two nights while we made our decision and they also loaned us a car to get around in. The only thing I wish they had done cause I thought it was all taken care of was to include the total registeration for us and actually mail it to Maine but we will deal with it. Just hoping our county will accept the paperwork. But that is minor the service dept was great and our salesman and the finance person all very professional and friendly.

My first two vehicles were bought from Luegers with the help of my dad but I just bought a Buick Encore and got to experience the wonderful sales staff myself. Galdino Mora helped me with all my requests from the start and kept me updated along the way. When I finally decided on one, Kyle and Craig got me all set up and explained everything! Jim helped with all the paperwork and it was a great experience all around. I plan to return to Luegers in the future for all my auto needs! They were all so personable and made the buying experience great!

We just purchased a 2016 GMC Canon and this is a wonderful vehicle. The vehicle is one thing, but the people at Lugers are the reason we came back. Specifically Jim McDaniel and Jeff Teder for our recent purchase. I trust these two completely and have been able to do so for many years, and I honestly cannot say this for any other dealer. Service is also another reason we came back again, because Mike Luegers and his staff in service are second to none. If you need a vehicle, I would strongly recommend you talk to these people or you will miss out, simple as that.

I have brought 3 vehicles from Bob Luegers Buick/GMC. I deal with Mark Gudorf and he always offers me a fair deal. I do my research before I buy and when their offer is made it is always within fair market value or below. I have also bought vehicles from other dealers because I buy my vehicles wherever I can get the best deal. Bob Luegers ranks with the best. You should at least give them a shot.
