Many trips here in recent years. Funny the most helpful/outspoken person I've ever met behind the counter was a Smith and Wesson Rep. The store employees aren't the greatest salesmen, at least they don't try very hard to get sales in my opinion. Good selection, some gun shops only have the popular things, here you can take a look at everything! They've got SAA's, AR's, used firearms, polymer wonders, classic revolvers, tactical equipment, etc.

Would like to see an improvement in customer service. Unfortunately, my recent e-mail inquiries were unanswered. At the store, sales staff seem hesitant to offer assistance when standing at the counter - must speak up to get attention. The location of the store is a definite positive, but would like to have a more positive experience going forward.

I have been buying firearms here for years and would never go anywhere else. They have a great selection and if there is something they do not have they will get it for you quickly. In my experience they are more than willing to price match any other stores. Most of the associates are knowledgeable and friendly, but Kyle is the one that really stands out. I don't think I have ever asked him a question he could not answer. I will definitely be a customer for life

When a dozen track girls don't receive their entire order until the middle of the season you should expect complaints, not turn it around and complain about the customer for complaining. Poor service, very unprofessional.

Very nice assortment of firearms. Nice clean shooting range. If you go to the range on a weekend expect a wait.. Usually full.

I have got many fire arms here but today i went and some guy with beard refuse to sell me a m&p 15-22 for no reason i felt descriminated even tho i know they can refuse just the way he sead it it realy bother me i have 2 passes for the range i will use them cus they free and will never go back to those people

We have been shooting with them for a few months. Typically things are smooth, but expensive. However range hours are not what are posted on the door, call ahead to make sure you can get in becaus ewach time we go the answers are different.
