Really, less than one star. Less than helpful. Given a $25 card during a recent sale, only to find that they never activated the card. Online shopping wasn't any better as they redirected me to the store. The manager wouldn't help unless I had the original receipt, although she could see my purchases on my account. A "makeup" discount didn't work either. Their solution? Buy stuff and we'll refund your credit card - I don't think so. Next time, it's North Face at Lighthouse instead.

I went shopping here with my kids for about 2 hours. We had a bunch of gear, boots, hat, gloves, etc. I asked if we could place it behind the counter and a young woman said no but we could use a bag. I filled the bag with probably $700 worth of stuff and placed it on the floor out of the way to continue shopping. Before I knew it I couldn't find the bag and the SAME girl told me she put it all back!! 😡 couldn't believe it! Then she said "you're not allowed to leave it in the floor" in a not so polite tone. I walked out and won't be buying Columbia brand ever again. So irritating!!

In my opinion this is one of the few stores that makes it worth coming out to this mall. I have always been a huge fan of Columbia's prices and here you have a great chance of getting those products on sale. If you have a coupon, you can save even more. I got one of the best backpacks I have ever owned from a Columbia outlet store. The staff is usually friendly. The store is clean, well stocked, and organized.
