half of the staff are kids who just stand around. I stumbled upon a nice blazer but didnt know if i really wanted to purchase it. I asked one of the employees to hold it for me, i returned back to the store (within the same day) to purchase the blazer and it was gone (sold). im highly disappointed.

Rude manager that will not help customers with a defective pair of jeans. You are better off finding a deal somewhere else so that you can at least get someone to assist you with an issue. I refuse to believe that corporate Levi's would not stand behind their product.
