Best theater to go to period. I've been to several opening nights and have never had a problem or been disappointed with the the theater. It is always clean and the staff are very quick and helpful. The last movie I saw was the star wars episode 8 and even with the large crowds the theater felt like the best kind of organized chaos.

Imax was pretty good. The sound quality was well. But I was told it was in 4k and it didn't really seem to be that. Maybe it was just this particular movie. But it's definitely the way to watch a movie.

First time impressions for a matinee showing, theater was clean. Concessions were standard for most theaters I've been to lately, popcorn, nachos, chicken fingers, hotdogs and pizza. It looked like there was a bar that possibly served alcoholic drinks but it wasn't open and I didn't get a very good look. Went to the IMAX, trailers were a little loud so I was worried about the movie, but they dialed the sound down a bit for the actual showing. Overall a good first impression, will definitely go back.

IMAX gets way to warm and they said they can't cool it as it would freeze out lower rows. Welcome to the 21st Centry. We have blowers and fans to remove heat and cool things. Hard to enjoy movie when it is 80 plus in winter no less.

Lots of screens. Prices are decent. Just dont get any snacks unless you bring a lot of money. They now have a bar that sells alcohol. But 6 bucks for a bottle is never worth it for watching a movie.
I do like the self service for refills of pop.

Great theater! Super clean, great food, tons of parking and a lot of variety of shows. They offer movies on certain days for autistic kids, and while we don't have any autistic kids, the fact that they do this is amazing. Tons of lines for popcorn that move fast, and they handle midnight releases really, really well. Great job!

Former employee. People may complain about wait times and pricing, but don't take it out on the workers. They try their best. Can be very hectic and exhausting especially summer/weekends.

As for the building, screens are excellent quality, nice lighting, and always adding to and upgrading options at the concession stand. Bar is also a nice addition, appears classy, not just thrown in for the heck of it.

We really like this theater. Its always clean, the staff are friendly, AND they serve beer here! Their rewards program is far more generous than any other theater in the area we have been to. When buying IMAX tickets you usually score enough points to get your popcorn and drinks for free.

Goodrich is the best of the theatre chains. They offer cheap all day prices on Tuesday, a very good free movie goer rewards program, and their drink refills are free no matter what size you buy, and the popcorn is only 25 cents to refill regardless of size. The Goodrich theatre I went to back in Peoria even got on trouble with the film studios for selling tickets for too cheap! This is the only chain that doesn't make me feel like they're taking me for everything I own. This is also a very up to date theatre with nice stadium seating. The staff is always friendly and attentive. There is also no upselling. I live much closer to two AMC theatres, but I still drive 35 minutes each way to catch my major movie releases here.

IMAX theater is great! I love the fact that you can purchase your specific seat without actually being at the theater. Saves you from getting in line 2 hours early to new films to get a good seat.

The best place in the area to see a movie. Authentic IMAX, unlike the one in Schererville. Assigned seating is the way to go.

Watched beauty and the beast. They offer military discounts on tickets. Concessions did not take forever to get my popcorn.

Great place to go see a movie. Bring your own pop and popcorn and candy and because it is expensive as hell for the snacks. Fairly easy to do so also
