Went to see Brad Paisley. Best concert venue I've been to. We went in September when it was very warm out. There's still grass at this place and trees to sit under while you watch the show or concert which make it cooler than AstroTurf locations. Even if you purchase lawn seats, there's not a terrible view that you wouldn't be able to hear the acoustics well or see the person/group performing.

Huge outdoor concert area in the woods. Can hold 1,000 s of people. Good sound system. Owned by Cleveland Orchestra and they perform there along with a wide varsity of other bands. Big free parking area on grass. Can walk over a mile to get to the concert area. If it rains good luck leaving. Priority paved parking up front cost $100. I take my Mom's handicap sign and park in a paved lot close by. They have an Uber lot there.

I have seen very many shows at Blossom and have only been disappointed a couple times. The times I was disappointed were because I had lawn seats. If you don’t care too much about the show itself, the lawn is fine, but if it’s an artist you really want to see, get pavilion tickets. The show and sound are miles better. Also, get the parking pass.

First, the positives:
1) The venue is in one of the most beautiful and unique settings in the country. If memory serves me correctly. It is the only large concert venue inside of a National Park.
2) The lawn seat option makes ticket prices, at least, somewhat affordable. Depending on the artist, a lawn seat ticket may be around $20 - 35.
3) They upgraded the sound system for the lawn seats around 2014. The music used to sound like it was being played through speakers that were bought at a K Mart. Now, the music and vocals are crystal clear.
Now the negatives:
1) The downside of Blossom being in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park is that there are only 2 entrances/exits. Unless you arrive or leave really early, expect to sit in traffic for 30 - 60 minutes.
2) You do have a free parking option, but you literally have to walk a mile to get to the gate. You can buy a parking pass for $20, which I think is crazy.
3) People tend to tailgate before a concert, which involves drinking a decent amount of either pop or beer. There are no bathrooms at the parking lots. They do have 3 portable toilets near the gate. The wait is usually incredibly long and the toilets are gross, especially for women.
4) I understand the need for increased security. They started using metal detecting wands this year. However, I hope they use the off season to address how to do it more efficiently next year. It now takes 10 - 20 minutes to get through the lines.
5) The bathroom situation isn't much better once you get inside. There are only 3 bathrooms with 10-12 stalls. When 20,000 people are attending a concert, that is woefully inadequate. Quicken Loans Arena seats roughly the same amount of people. They have 6 similarly sized bathrooms just in the Upper Level!
All in all Blossom Music Center is good place to see a concert. If they would at least add more bathroom access, because it's a public health issue, then I'd bump my rating up to 5 stars.response / report this review -

Loved being outside. But waited in car in a line for 40 min and then my Fitbit clicked 3000 steps from the car to the entrance. So packed u can't get anywhere.
Pay extra for VIP parking. Leave way ahead of time. Was a good crowd with great sound system.response / report this review -

I haven't been here for a show in many years. I am happy that they have permintent bathrooms which had paper towels and to still after 3 shows (Edgar Winter, Alice Cooper and Deep Purple). You can take 1 unopened 20 oz bottle of water in, all others are $5.00. Please remember to pack your own extra bottle cap because all caps are removed. I greatly enjoyed the place and would be back.

This is a beautiful venue located on two hundred acres of rolling hills surrounded by the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This is the summer home of the world's finest orchestra THE CLEVELAND ORCHESTRA as well as to concerts that range from international tours of the hip-hop, rock, pop and country genre. The staff and administration are extremely competent and considerate of visitors of every age and circumstance. Consumer safety and cleanliness are paramount. There are beautiful gardens and picnic areas as well as restaurants, a gallery and gift shop. The acoustics and terrific and each outing is sure to be one that is memorable for people every age. Families with young children and teens are welcomed on orchestra nights - a tradition that is sure to be passed down through the generations.

Went for Warped Tour. First time at the venue. Traffic was directed very well. Got in and out with no issue. The line to get inside moved quickly. Security was great. This gets 4 stars instead of 5 because the food is outrageously expensive. $12 for a cheeseburger, $13 for cheese fries and water. Do yourself a favor and stop at one of the many restaurants near the venue before the show. Overall the experience was great.

What a wonderful night! Outstanding performance by the Cleveland Orchestra (had front row tickets for $14 each). Wide variety of food trucks--even had beer and bottles of wine for sale. Fireworks after the show were great. Didn't bring the kids but it was definitely family friendly. Kids playing tag and flying kites during the concert and had enough room not to be disruptive. I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean the bathrooms were!! One thing to me aware ofno food or drink other than bottled water is allowed in the pavilion. Overall, a fabulous time!

Grew up going to Blossom for.outdoor concertd. So many great memories. Awesome place to see a show. Can be quite a walk to get from the lawn parking in to the show.

Love this venue, but getting out after a concert is absolute HELL!! Even if you pay the extra money for parking, still give yourself a good 2 hours to get out of the parking lot!

I love the venue and outside open concerts! However, if you are attending a large concert, anticipate being stuck in traffic for at least 2-3hr when you try to leave. The way the lots are set up are horrendous when thousands of cars are exiting! Also bathrooms are limited so you will probably be one of the countless number of people peeing in the woods. Super common! Really overpriced beverages and food which is expected. The venue is killer though and lawn seats are always dirt cheap.

Great place for a concert. Prepare for a long walk to the amphitheatre from the parking area. Go early because you can get stuck in traffic so bad that you will miss parts of the concert. Look for alternate routes. Bring water and snacks for the car ride. It will be a long wait to get out as well. I've always had good experiences with the music quality.

We attended a symphony concert here in August. It was a fabulous experience in every way. We arrived late and we were happy that we could hear the music even though we couldn't be seated until the end of the first piece. (We were okay with their policy on seating late comersour bad!). We were with a niece who got box seats that were very comfortable. The acoustics were fabulous. The audience was very respectful except for one person in our section who took a call (not the venue's fault!). Next time we'll leave earlier so that we can take advantage of the food, drinks, and park.
