  Bitterly rude owners. They insulted both me and their saleswoman in one breath without the slightest compunction. They convey the sense that their precious linens, which I see in other similar and much friendlier stores, are more important than the people using them. I write to encourage others to not do business at Block Bros. Such disregard for customers and employees does not deserve patronage.

  I always love shopping in this boutique shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helps me not only outfitting my gorgeous bed room, but also finding the perfect hostess gifts. The store always smells so lovely.

  Ouch a very unpleasant and painful experience.
  I can buy beautiful bed linens from Bloomingdales online or in the store in Chicago and not have to put up the total nonsense from this store. They know nothing about linens and quality - just want to push what they have. Hey good for you that you have stacks of Matouk. That is too middle class. Perhaps rather than being so rude, you could have noticed me driving off in my Bentley rather than being so nasty. Your store is in a strip shopping center, not Michigan Avenue. Get a grip.
