I love Heinen's, I just wish their prices were more affordable. However, they have great produce, flowers, wine selection, etc. They are lacking in some personal care items, but they would probably be too expensive anyway. The employees are super friendly and their sushi is SO much better than Giant Eagle.

Heinen's was a stumbled upon find. We didn't know what to expect when we walked in. Very clean inside. It's like a Whole Foods and Sprouts mixed into one. There are alot of organic and vegan friendly options. Perfect place to visit for the healthy conscious.

I love coming to this location on my lunch hour and getting salad bar. Usually it's very good. It was good this time though I think a new person was working it and the spinach didn't get washed very well because the salad literally went right through me. I'll go again, maybe I'll be a bit cautious about what I get next time.

Heinen's is the best high end Grocery Store in the Cleveland area aside from Whole Foods. The service is really top notch. The Brecksville location is one of the larger locations and really has almost everything you would need. I love that they have wines and beer out for tasting (nearly always). You can even get a full glass if you want. Another great thing about Heinen's is that after checkout, they will give you a number and you can pull up for them to load your groceries into your car for you (no charge). Also, don't miss their store events! You can find them on their Facebook page.

Very clean. Very good customer service. You can find higher end items you cannot find at Marc's or Giant Eagle. Although the prices are higher, you are getting a higher quality food. They have a great wine, cheese, produce and bakery! (They do not sell gluten free fresh baked though)

The best Heinens around . Staff is always very helpful and polite . Great selection of beef including organic grass fed . They also still have stir fry bar at this location which stays busy .

Always clean Great fresh produce and they carry a good selection of organic meats. Great friendly, helpful staff. Heinen's carries some unique items that you can't find in other local stores and they support local vendors by selling items produced locally.

The store is laid out very well and there are lots of good options in every category. The salad bar, olive bar, cheese bar are all top notch and well stocked. Parking lot is cramped.
