  Quality of the seating and overall theater is outstanding. The buffoons working behind the popcorn counter could use some pep in their step, however. I had to wait 15-20 mins for a popcorn refill, which is ridiculous.

  The theater is clean and seating is very comfy(if you get a seat with a working recliner). Don't pick seat #7 in theater 16 because it's broke and the employees don't seem to care. I would avoid going during peak times due to the assigned seating. We were out with family and each of us paid at a separate window making picking our seats together a hassle. Also, don't bother taking the online survey that prints on your receipt as it takes you to a scam website. I would love to give this Willoughby business 5 stars, but they fall short.

  Went to see My Little Pony with my daughter. And it was actually pretty good! I absolutely love the lounge chairs! Very comfortable! I almost fell asleep in it😂

  The renovations to this place is awesome. Not too long ago the theatre got new speakers and reclining electric chairs in all of their theatres. The movie experience is more enjoyable and you don't have to worry about distractions in front or behind since their is a divider between each row. Lots of space too!

  If you go on Tuesdays price of a ticket is just $6. The seating is great with the Leather Reclining Chairs. All the theaters have great sounds and they are all a good size. The only downside I see is the price at the concession stand. But that's at every movie theater.

  Best theater except the forced seating i miss first come first serve. I hate coming in and someone is in my seat that i had to just pay extra for in order to reserve it and i then i have to argue with them about why i want my seat when there are others open. BUT other than that I love you.

  First time at regal in Willoughby like the recliners although my neck started hurting after so long. And didn't like having assigned seats. Good food selection and prices

  The reserved seating is a little bit of a pain to have to deal with but I still enjoy coming. You can at least pick where you want to sit and hopefully find that sweet spot. The video quality if very good. The Regal Crown Club is good to have so to save money on the high food and drink prices. I suggest you reserve your tickets at home so you know exactly where you are going to sit. The seats should have a arrow to point to the seat number you are sitting at because you don't know what seat the number it is and there is often confusion with other movie goers and I can see fights happening. They are almost a five star rating if the seat issue was addressed. I love the reclining seats so your legs can get elevated while you watch the movie.

  This is THE BEST movie theater I have ever been to. The reclining seats, the subwoofers in the seats that vibrate your chair when the bass hits that almost make you feel a part of the movie. Its a unique and amazing theater experience that I wish every theater would have. Large crowd at the concession stand went through very fast. Theaters are extremely clean and pristine.

  Love it good movies and the best pop corn in the world. The seats make you feel like you are sitting at home in the most comfortable seat. Also they have good speakers you can hear every word in the movie. 💕😄😃

  I love our local movie theater. It's clean and spacious. Could use a face-lift but it's certainly got its modern touches.
