Someone tried to fraudulently use my credit at Sterling Jewelers. After 8 phone calls I still haven't been able to speak to anyone. One of their call center associates, Kristin Cate was extremely rude. Absolutely no help. Try calling their customer service hotline and see what you find out. Exceptionally poor customer service!!!! Avoid Sterling Jewelers and Kay!!!

Exceptionally poor customer service. Opened a Kay’s Credit Card account. Made 1 payment on it before they contracted out their credit services to Genesis Financial Services. My account has been set to automatic payments with confirmation emails and screenshots showing the transactions were scheduled. They have yet to bill my checking account after 2 months. I refuse to pay any late fees or take a hit on my credit because of their incompetence. I will never do business with these people again.

EVIL hearted people, Signet doesnt give one single f*** about their employees, and do everything they can to protect the COMPANY NOTHING ELSE such as purposeful obstruction of employees proof of a leads racism, and hatred toward myself. If you work in the basement, there is no windows so you feel trapped and the MRP manager is a stuck up ape. Worst experience of my life working here and wasted time I can never get back on this dispicable company!

I worked for Kay Jewelers for years and they are great. I loved the people I worked with, the pay and compensation is very fair and the company has a strong foundation. :) Tryna Kochanek and Lisa Tate were my role models.

I went to Jared where I have purchased all of my $70,000 in jewelry to have it serviced. When I walk through the door (Im well known) they will give me the attwntion above any other person in the store. This proves that they know me well, Im a sucker for Dimonds! With that have been said I dont buy a new piece every time Im in, but it had been a while since being in the store. The manager whom I love and they do make you feel special, automatically started pulling out things she chose for me to "upgrade" . She then started to "update my file" because they have a new system using tablets! Then it came to my social!? Why is that needed??? Come to find out "updating my file" also means apply for a new card, unbeknownst to me. I didnt want nor need. But before I knew it I had a new card. I starting receiving credit reports changes, and find both Jared and this unknown Sterling Incorporated. Withing the past month my credit plunged 120 points. So not cool, expecially since I've been building it back up after lyme disease took over my life. Just be aware and careful and forthcoming that you are not interested in a new accout when "looking" at jewelry or just stopping in for your inspections.

Evil people, horrible to employees. Work elsewhere and don't buy from Jared, Kay, Zales, JB Robinson. They have a pending lawsuit for discrimination against women.

I have had no problems at all with my purchases from Kay Jewelers in Summit Mall. When people say that they had troubles with these stores it is on them. It is the fact that they don't pay attention or listen to people. They don't even read any paperwork that they are about to sign. You are the only ones to blame for these mistakes. Know what you want when you go to purchase your rings, necklaces, etc.

The jewelry store in chapel hill tricks people into "helping them" by signing you up for a credit card that your not aware of. This destroyed my credit, and I hope that they make it right. I am not a jewelry girl at all. I stick to my engagement ring and my polor loop fitness bracelet I cant believe how they can do this to people. I should have been well aware that by "helping them" that they would be signing me up for a unwanted card. when I asked why my social was needed i was told its just to check and make sure it matches my id. i will be calling them right after work tomorrow they deserve less than one star
