It was terrible, never experienced this before in my life. I was deceived by the outside appearance and the lobby. We chose the hotel, when our families that stayed there came in town from California, Spartanburg South Carolina, Pittsburgh. They found the rooms to be the filthiest place they ever had experienced. They found black bugs in the bathrooms, the floors were so dusty. They took their money upfront instead of when they checked out. They complained but to no avail. Gave no returns, and the management was not there the lady at the counter would call the manager to let you talk to her on the phone. So the management was never there. They were foreign and you could not understand her on the phone. PLEASE DO NOT GET DECEIVED.

Absolute worse hotel stay ever! Room was dirty and so were the hallways. Knocking and hammering next door to me. They appear to be doing some remodeling, but my room was not completed. Nasy and wrinkled bed linen with holes. Just a total nightmare. Had to beg to get towels in my room. Will never return here again. You get what you pay for, but come on people, you can do better.

Rooms were clean and nice. TV channels were lacking, comp breakfast was lame, and put away at 9:00 am local time. Who wants to be rushed to get to breakfast that early on a weekend ??? But the guest laundry is atrocious !!! Washer took over 45 min and leaked water all over the floor, AND I had to literally ring the water out of my clothes they were still so wet. The dryer at $1.50 per use and it took 3 times thru to get dry. All in all my one load of laundry took over 3 1/2 hours in a small, cramped, smelly, dirty room with only 1 very uncomfortable chair. Need a clean place to sleepOk, want a decent breakfastnot so much, Need to do laundrygo somewhere else.

breakfast was good!
Staff was very helpful. They guided us about places to eat and things to do in cleveland. Drive to downtown was less than 20 minutes. nice spot.

The highlight of this stay was the bed. I had to clean the bathroom, because it wasn't done the first time. I was also disappointed to find out that despite EVERY website I looked regarding this Econo Lodge, listed it as having a pool. That was proven to be wrong information as I was informed "only Quality Inn guest have access to the pool not Econo Lodge." (FYI both Quality Inn & Econo Lodge are housed under the same roof but are clearly to separate entities).

It was a good place for the night. Clean and quiet. Right of the freeway, so that makes for ease of travel. Friendly staff and a free breakfast.

After a long long day of driving we saw the prices online for this place and decide the stop in. Online prices were $57 plus tax which was really great we weren't expecting too much out of it. When we got there the desk prices were $30 more. If I had taken my phone in with me and wasn't so tired I would have travel to a different Hotel or pay the price online. I'm paying close to $90 for a hotel room with gross floors scratchy sheets and even scratch your bath towels. The other guests there when I arrived smelled like weed or were very obviously drunk. It was not a pleasant stay at all the breakfast in the morning was not allowed to be taken out of the designated continental breakfast area. Overall I was a really s***** place experience especially for that price I'm still mad that we just didn't keep driving. I honestly would have much rather slept on the side of the road then in that hotel we could have saved nearly $100 that was much-needed on our trip back home. We're definitely never staying at a eco lodge on any future trips!

Due to there not being enough outlets in the far wall, there was a useless alarm clock and we had to move the microwave onto the bed for use. We asked for 2 extra pillows and a blanket upon check in, it took 5 hrs and 3 progressively angrier phone calls to get them. Each time we were told, "no problem, well bring them to your room". Finally arrived after 11pm. There was trash in the hallway, one of our cards didn't work, even after they were replaced, what we believed was a prostitute was hanging in the entrance way, waiting for someone to arrive, there was loud music across the hall all night/morning, the fridge didn't open, as it leaned forward pretty bad, the shower went from hot to hotter to scalding hot (it wouldn't allow for the temp to come down), and there was, what looked like, an "axe mark" in the wall. Second worst hotel I've ever been to, but only because there weren't blood stains on the wall.

What a dump. They were remodeling the lobby, which is fine, but hopefully they do the rooms next. Our room had an absolutely filthy stained carpet and a funky odor I couldn't quite identify. Makeup stains on the pillowcase. Maybe it'll be fine after they're done remodeling, but for now, stay away.

Horrible!! The entire place is filthy. My phone was missing buttons, light switches had no switch, smelled like cat pee in hallways. My towels had yellow stains all over them. Clothes were left behind from the previous peopleso was my room even cleaned??? To top it off I took my bf there for our 6 yrs anniversary and had to deal with prostitute yelling at her client to pay her for about an hour starting at 2 am, she was screaming on the phone to her potential clients slamming doors talking on speaker phone LOUD up and down the hall until about 5am. It was by far the dirtiest nastiest hotel I have even been to. The front desk told me when I checked out., I should have called, from what the phone that was missing buttons? The phone that has no instructions on how to call the front desk. I'll be calling cooperate today. Management clearly doesn't care about the hard working people who stay at their hotel. Ps. I took pictures of the nastiness too that I will forward in my complaint to corporate. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

NASTY DIRTY UNCLEAN, NOTHING WORKED ROOM carpet was gross looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years (BLACK STAINS AND STICKY), old broken furniture, marks all over the walls, only 2 outlets of which are being used by lights and a TV alarm clock sitting on end table but wasn't plugged in, water was running in dirty tub/shower couldnt shut it off, dirty mirrors, security lock on door was missing a piece so couldn’t use it, the curtains were hanging off the window missing hooks, blood stains, spots on mattress cover just gross!!! The only good was the lady at the front desk. DIRTY, UNCLEAN ROOM I didn't use the shower because it was so nasty. Got there at midnight gone by 6 am if I would have arrived earlier I would have left and went to another hotel.

I usually try to avoid Econo Lodge because of bad experiences at other locations I've stayed at. But this one was nice. I stayed here because they're the only hotel I could find that allowed a semi to park. The room was clean and the people working there were friendly. I just wish I would have known about the indoor pool when I was there.

Stayed at this lodge for family visit in September. It was a nice pleasant stay. The staff is very helpful and did
their best to make our stay good. I recommend this place for business and families. Had no issues and house keeping was done very good. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
