Decent hotel for the price. Staff are friendly . They support you well during the stay. Free rides to Airport and Rental car centers.
CONS: Carpet can be changed. Complimentary breakfast can be improved.response / report this review -

Front desk worker is rude. I asked one gentleman to book my room in the morning since I was there the previous night. I didn't see the problem he had done it prior .

This hotel doesn’t even deserve stars. Yeah, it’s cheap but as soon as we got here and saw lots of people we were like noooope this is not gonna be good. As we were checking into our rooms, everybody kept talking about bed bugs. We checked out our rooms they were very dirty. Dirt all in the bath tubs, dirt in the coffee maker, dust everywhere. The room had a smell of like death. I’m wondering if someone got shot in here considering this isn’t a very good area. The front desk guys were talking on the phone or in the maintenance room smoking the weed. The weed literally smelled the entire back part of the room by the vending machines where the maintenance room is. There are cobwebs in our rooms and legit pieces of weed in our bed. There are people outside screaming. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, especially if you have kids. And apparently one of the front desk clerks, being on the phone is more important than doing his job. If I could rate zero stars I would. And P.S. reading the reviews I see the owner comments on how they are making things better, let’s not lie to people because this place is effing gross.

We had a positive overall experience we did have some raccoons that came into the dumpsters out back that was kind of our entertainment for the night, there were probably about 10-15 of of them but they were pretty cool to watch and the baby really like them

I like that there were different-sized pillows and kind, patient staff. Lobby and breakfast area were spacious and clean. Only knock was that the room was a bit dated.

I went for dinner and drink. The food is price fair. I plan on going more I enjoyed the food. The bartender Rachael really make you feel welcome and real friendly.

Great value budget motel. For 55USD the room was clean and quiet, 20 minutes from downtown and the breakfast was a step up from some motels, with bagels and a waffle maker. Some reviews suggest there's a pool but it's out of order with no timeline on a repair and the hotel no longer advertises a pool.

Nice hotel, not bad for price. The room smelled a touch, the guest before had probably smoked in it, but wasn't bad, just aired it out a bit and l didn't notice the smell after a couple minutes. Otherwise, the room looked clean, no bugs. The pool was closed up even though it didn't say so online which kind of stunk. But the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. It had a very nice bar connected that had plenty of seating, very nice bar tender, great food and drinks, and pool tables. Breakfast was simple but nice, and was ready at 6:30 when I went down. Overall I was happy with my stay

1.5 stars actually, we booked a room with a king bed, we ended up with two doubles. Our room was never cleaned and we had to be moved. We discovered this after lugging all of our luggage up a flight of stairs. Someone had slept in the bed prior and the bed was not made. Breakfast was subpar, juice machine broke 2 out of 3 days there, waffle machine but no syrup, no fruit seen, and definitely would not eat the cereal. Half of the lights in the room did not work, I figure they were mainly there for decoration, there was no outlets for them to plug into. Then they were trying to charge my wife's C.C. twice. FYI - buyer beware.

Location is awesome, 6 mins to airport and free airport shuttles all day and night. Rooms are really nice, you would never expect such nice and clean rooms for $55/night + tax. Staff is so friendly and accommodating, I have been super impressed. Cable with HBO, MC, and HD channels, a couple/few hundred channels to choose from. They have most hygiene products if you've forgotten to bring anything, at no extra charge. Refrigerators, microwaves, irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, several mirrors, including full length and very well lit vanity area by sink (if you're a woman). Single bed rooms also have sleeper sofas in them as well. Laundry room, small business center and fitness centers as well. Above average continental breakfast, Belgian waffle maker, several bakery choices. Free wi-fi that actually works well and is fast. Just an amazing experience for the asking price. Did I mention the staff (front desk, housekeeper) is amazing?? And the bar downstairs just re-opened Friday night, remodeled, looks very nice too.

Ramada is your typical no thrills hotel for a reasonable price. The girl who cleaned the room for us did a great and consistent Job and even provided extra towels without a fuss.

The staff was excellent, the non smoking room smelled a little of smoke, and the towels could use a bleaching. Over all the price was fair and the room had everything I needed. Again the staff was excellent. I didn't indulge in Breakfast so I can't share about that. I would come back here next time I'm in town.

Stayed at Ramada Cleveland Airport West. You get what you pay for. Slightly higher than motel prices, slightly higher than motel quality. My room was clean but not the best quality. Stains on furniture, ceiling, and towels. Room smelled like smoke from the days of smoking rooms, but it was clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful and other than the airplanes landing next door, it was quiet. Again, it was more or less what I paid for.
