Fresh fragrance beautiful arrangements. They even made a special corsage on the spot for me to wear to the service. I won't go anywhere else for special occasion flowers.

Just had the most wonderful experience with this florist. I placed an order on Friday, 2/12 to be delivered on Saturday, 2/13. Because of the impending snowstorm (and Valentine's Day), they let me know the delivery could not be made until Monday. When I explained the unique situation surrounding the sending of a flower arrangement due to untimely death, the delivery was made right awayonly hours after the phone call. IMPRESSIVE! Thank you Blitz & Co. for your sensitivity and going the extra mile. You have gained a new "forever" customer.

I am super satisfied with services received today!
I am in NY , I called at 12 Pm (WA time) and by 1:30 they delivered the flowers. To place a order was easy like 1,2,3. Pays by card by the phone and received the delivery confirmation later on by email. The flowers were exactly like on website, gorgeous!

I live in Colorado, and needed a corsage and matching boutonnière for a small wedding ceremony in Tacoma, so ordered over the phone. Sarah was the person I spoke to and she was very helpful. The flowers were ready at the scheduled pick up time and were absolutely beautiful. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Blitz to anyone, either local or otherwise. Terrible customer service skills. My flowers were not delivered on time and two days later I still haven't received them. When I asked to speak to a manager the young lady hung up on me. The manager made an excuse for her hanging up on me and did not once apologized for her associate. They didn't even bother to contact me until two days later even though I left two voicemails on the 14th but said they didn't get it but even though they had my flowers on the 15th they didn't bother to call myself or my husband about the flowers along with the other things that they ordered. Very disappointed

So I ordered flowers to be delivered, but I also needed a cup of hot coco to be delivered with them to give it that extra something. Blitz & Co totally took care of me, picked up the coco, and delivered the flowers within a matter of hours. Thanks B & C you have no idea how much that little extra helped brighten their day. I'd totally recommend this floral company to anybody looking for flowers in the Puget Sound.

Ordered flowers for my Aunts funeral. Even the Funeral home was shocked to find out that the small, rather pathetic bouquet of cut flowers had cost over $100.00 dollars. Three stems of white Lilies and a couple of white hydrangeas. Will NEVER use them again!

I ordered the Blue Horizons arrangement in premium. I paid extra to get a nice big full arrangement. All we received was a very sparely arrangement. Very disappointed! Will not use them again!
