Would give a zero if I could. Sales lady was flippant and rude to my daughter. While waiting for my daughter to try on shoes (which she planned on purchasing today) I was on my phone Christmas shopping. The sales lady made a rude and inappropriate comment about us “buying the shoes online instead”?!? Perhaps she should mind her own business! Then when I walked away she told my daughter if all she came in the store to do was get a size she shouldn’t have wasted her time! Are you kidding me?!? We are local and try to support local businesses. I can honestly say we will never spend our money here nor will we recommend this place to anyone! Knoxville here we come. PS. You lost out on $225+ in a sale today. Boo!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It's not even worth your time walking in. I walked in to get a pair of birkenstocks on my vacation. I wear a size 5 and I can wear very small women's shoes or kids sizes. I asked to try on a pair of kids birkenstocks and he said nope they won't fit. And absolutely wouldn't let me try them on. This place is a waste when they have such a good selection. I hope the manager reads this and gets some new employees. They are very rude here.

I have a very selective foot that requires solid comfort every day. This store had the perfect match for my 14 shoe size in a Keen pair of hiking boots. A specific pair still made in the UNITED STATES. The ladies working there was very very helpful. I highly recommend this shoe store to anyone.

This store has a fantastic selection of great hiking shoes and if the staff was anything short of average I would have given this a more positive review. I went in looking for hiking and water shoes (which I bought an amazing pair of keens that I love). There was two ladies working both had the personality of wallpaper. They were very rude and were not willing to give any assistance in finding the perfect shoe. They left me in the store for over 10 minutes while they both went in the back to find my size. During this time several people came and went because there was no one there is help them. When they finally brought me shoes they were either the wrong shoe or the wrong size. I am very displeased with the service and this store. The staff needs to be better trained on how to smile and properly treat their customers.

I walked in to look at the Merrill shoes for women. I found a super lightweight pair for $100 that I was seriously considering purchasing but I was not quite ready it to try on since I had only started shopping their selection. A tall dark-headed sales lady walked by and asked if I needed anything. I said not yet but I couldn't believe how light the shoe was. She took it from me, asked where I got it, put it back, picked up another shoe, and walked off. How RUDE! Of course, I left immediately. I won't return even though I live close by.
