Beautiful cabin, very spacious. The game room was a hit with both kids and adults and the theater was great. Spent a lot of time in the swimming pool and hot tub relaxing. Would definitely recommend.
We stayed in a cabin here called Cozy bear. The facilities are pretty good. It's a cozy cabin like it's name suggests.
The only problem we had was that this is a gated cabin community. So we had gone out one night and we reached at around midnight. The gate was closed. We didn't have the password and our phone network reception in this area was not picking up. We freaked out a lot. But somehow managed to call the office and got the gate pin number.
So I'd suggest you ask the office and the gate pin number way ahead of time. The cabin entry pin number is already given in the email when you register.
The husband booked this to surprise me after our wedding. He knocked it out of the park. This place is beautiful and amazing. All the cabins are different so i can't comment on those, but they couldn't have been too fourteen from ours. It had a Jacuzzi bathtub, a hot tub, fireplace, kind size bed, loft with a pool, darts, everything. This place was perfect after a wedding. They also have large cabins for big family gatherings. The hills can be a bit steep and roads narrow. Cabins can be hard to find in the dark, but it's all worth it. This place was truly perfect
Have been renting cabins here for the last 3 years for Hearts on Fire. Pick's Place takes the cake. Room for everyone. Kids can be supervised with rec area upstairs instead of in the basement. Large spacious kitchens gorgeous views from the deck. It is just peaceful piece of heaven on earth. First time we have not had water pressure issues and kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. We love iteven the bandits that visit at night are a treat to see
Nestled in the Smokies on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge, this resort has amazing views of the mountains but still within easy distance of all of the great destinations the area has to offer. The cabin was spacious and well outfitted. The cabin my family stayed in had a wonderful theater room with rows of recliners. It was a luxurious stay!
It was an awesome place to stay! Pool in the basement a bathroom for every bedroom and a theatre room! Highly recommend this to anyone! Only draw back is the cabins are really close together
Sherwood Forest Resort is a gated cabin community snuggled in the hills above Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The VRBO cabin we stayed in was clean and had plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware needed for our stay. I was a little disappointed in the fitted sheets on our bed, as they kept slipping off. It almost seemed as if a twin sheet was being stretched over a full size mattress. There was a hot tub on the deck which was very clean. The water pressure in the showers was somewhat low. All that being said, it was a nice, comfortable place to stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.
Very steep roads, but that's how it is in these parts. Supposed to be a gated community, but gate is always open. Community Pool looks horrible, maybe it is off season. But it would be nice while we were there. 80 degrees each day. Hot tub very clean but very basic. Building in very good condition. I would consider staying here again.
We stayed at Sherwood Resort through a booking on itrip. The area is beautiful with great views of the smokies. The particular cabin we stayed in, Victoria's Other Secret, is a nice cabin with one bedroom and one bath. It has a fireplace, a hot tub and a pool table. The cabin is a nice little place to stay but the customer service is less than satisfactory. I'm not sure if it's the Sherwood Forest customer service since we book through another company. When we arrived the cabin was not cleaned from the previous renter because of a confusion and altercation between the renter and the company. When we called to complain I had to argue with the customer service just to get them to do anything for us. Other than that it's a nice place to stay with only a short drive from anything you would want to do in the area.
We stayed at A plush Splash for a large family vacation. The cabin was amazing and we only 5 minutes off the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be coming back.
This is a magnificent resort! Located in Pigeon Forge, minutes away from the attar ruins but perfectly situated. stayed at the cabin "A View to Remember" which was the highest point of the resort and I was blown away by the gorgeous design and layout of the cabin, the stunning views, cleanliness & overall welcoming feeling. The cabin includes a 2 way fireplace, a jacuzzi on the balcony (great for that first thing in the morning wake up!) a gaming room, theatre with 2 recliners, 2 pullout beds along with the queen size master bedroom 2 bathrooms, awesome kitchen with everything you need. I loved this place and will definitely return. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting quality accommodation at a great price :)
Our cabin is even more beautiful in person. Pictures do not do it justice. This is our first full day here, so I haven't yet gotten the full experience, but I'm anticipating a wonderfully relaxing week.
Really enjoyed staying at the resort. Our cabin was immaculate and easily worked for our family of eight adults and five kids. The children enjoyed walking down the hill to the pool and the adults enjoyed rocking on the porch in the evenings. Will recommend to friends!
Stayed at the "raven's nest" cabin. Instructions to get there read like stereo instructions, and we had some toilet issues, but other than that I was very happy with this property. Good location off the end of pigeon forge stretch. Decent amenities. Really enjoyed the hot tub.
