  Chalet Village is the only cabin rental place I use. The staff in the office are the best. I have used Chalet Village rentals every time I have vacationed in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Each time, the cabins have been well maintained. Recently visited again and they still have some cabins standing in in great condition, as well as some that have been rebuilt after the fire. The last cabin I rented had three bathtubs that could literally fit 4 or more grown adults into if you tried they were huge. If you enjoy being up in the mountains and relaxing in a Jacuzzi while looking down at the lights. this is a great place for you. No, I haven't been paid for this review I've just thoroughly enjoyed the options and amenities that I have to choose from, as well as the warm welcome of the management staff. I would recommend you give them a call or check the website.

  We love 1303 Woodland Cabin and will always stay there when we visit the Smokies. It is a beautiful log cabin located in a private setting. Plus, we saw bears!

  Birdsong exceeded our expectations and as a property new to the rental market it was beautifully furnished, well equipped including a gourmet kitchen, peaceful yet minutes from town and major attractions .

  We rented the "Leave it behind" cabin and it was awesome. Clean, room for 6 comfortably, pool table and close to downtown. We will be back for sure!

  The best place to book your cabin rental through in the Gatlinburg area. I've stayed in several cabins that I booked through them over the past several years and have always been extremely happy. They have the most beautiful and modern cabins with all the amenities you could ask for.

  Stayed in the Doll House (Destiny) for the 2nd year in a row, need I say more!! The chalet is spectacular & probably the best views in & of Gatlinburg! Absolutely LOVE this place 😍👌

  We stayed at the Gingerbread House for New Years and really loved everything about it. The location was perfect, the whole area was impacted by the wildfires but a lot of it was still very beautiful. It is literally minutes from Ober as well as the Downtown area. Very nice area to get away from the crown but also be super close to the attractions. Look up Gingerbread house if you want a nice, comfortable place to stay. We will be back for sure!!

  Our best family vacation! Rainbow's End Lodge is a beautiful property with a great view of the mountains! Chalet Village staff will take care of everything you need to make a great stay in the mountains. We are already making plans for 2018.

  Amazing company! Our cabin " Dream Catcher" was everything described plus so much more. When working with Chalet Village please call and ask for Cathy she took the time and patience to help us chose the perfect cabin for our trip. Thanks again to Cathy and Chalet Village for the enjoyable vacation
