I was well pleased with our rental from Parkside! We rented Pine Haven. Everything was amazing from check in to check out! The staff and cabin are priceless compared to the value of our rental. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, pristine and comfortable cabin. Convenient amenities. Absolutely loved the fireplace and fire pit! I’m a Leo and I tend to love fire! Lol Pine Haven was perfect for our party of 7! Plenty of room for everyone, not too crowded or stuffy. Beautiful decor. Cozy, home like feel. I will ask for Parkside from now on! Our Very First family vacation was a huge success thanks to Parkside’s Pine Haven cabin and their amazing staff!!

Parkside cabins was awesome! The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly, and coupons and nice gifts for renting and we were only a minute away from downtown. The kids really enjoyed it and we felt safe yet their were other cabins but spaced out enough to enjoy. I will be staying with these guys Everytime we go back. Thank you Parkside cabins and staff you guys made our stay very pleasant. I can't wait to visit again soon.

We stayed in the Cabin Riverhome for our annual girls trip. Check in was easy and convenient. The cabin was immaculate, beautifully decorated and spacious. We loved the location as it was right on the water and had a beautiful patio with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the outdoor views. There was a beautiful fireplace with plenty of wood for the weekend already provided which was a nice touch. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the following issues and concerns.
We would love to make this our spot every year but would like to see a couple of things fixed or corrected. When showering , doing laundry or just washing your hands the water would completely cut off and you would have to wait about 1-2 minutes for it to come back on. This was very frustrating when trying to shower. I think the owners need to have the pump in the well looked at as this is not normal. Also being that we were all women staying at the cabin we were a little uncomfortable with no curtains in the downstairs area. We loved the huge windows but felt a bit exposed at night as there are other cabins directly across from you on the other side of the river!
Again we have never stayed anywhere that was this nice and clean in the past 15 years of coming to the mountains, so kudos to the cleaning team. We will be returning guest every year if the water issue is corrected.response / report this review -

Quick check in at office. Staff very friendly. Cabin is approximately 12 miles from Gatlinburg. Will look for cabin closer next time. Grounds very pretty. Wonderful listening to sound of flowing water. Very plentiful amount of towels. As for cabin itself. The musty smell of burnt wood from previous use of fireplace is over powering. At least to my husband and I. The smell even travels to downstairs area. Overall the cabin is in bad need of thorough cleaning. Very dusty. (especially bed frames and railings to stair) The carpet on stairwell needs to be replaced in a bad way. Cabinetry doors also need to be replaced. In fact, my advice would be to gut the entire cabin and remodel. We found the cabin to be rather dark and depressing. Will not stay there again. Booked for a 4 day stay stay but left after 2 days due to our disappointment.

We had an EXCELLENT STAY!! It was by far one of our favorite vacations!! The cabin was great! Whenever we needed the office they were out to help, pick up garbage, fix a toilet.. etc!! They don’t expect you to clean the laundry and bedding prior to leaving!! The bunk house was fully equipped with kitchen and washer and dryer!! It was a great experience! The bunk house is about 40minutes from the man strip of gatlinburg but is a BEAUTIFUL DRIVE!! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Beautiful cabin on the creek. Well-equipped and nicely decorated.nice beds, lots of towels, new appliances. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Love the keypad so that we didn't have to keep up with keys. Hot tub was super nice. Loved the outdoor living space. Drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was about 25 minuteswhich got old fast. Other family members stayed at Up the Creek, which we could see across the creek. But, there needs to be a bridge or extra stones added so that we could easily cross to visit between the two cabins. Instead, we had to get in the car and drive 5-7 minutes. Would highly recommend for someone looking to get away. It's very remote.

Our cabin was rustic and private. Our whole family- kids and grandkids- stayed together and we loved it. The rockers on the deck and hot tub were so relaxing after a day of hiking. The location was good, close to the city and a grocery store, but it felt very secluded. The cabin had all the amenities of home. We had a great and relaxing vacation.

My first cabin trip was at the Lazy Bear cabin. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. I felt right at home. Everything I needed away from home was in that cabin. I was very impressed with the service that I received. I will definitely book my next cabin trip with Parkside Cabin Rentals. I will recommend this company to friends and family.

Quiet area right in Gatlinburg. Apartment sized housing. Cabins are not connected to each other and are tucked away on and around the river. Bring bug repellant though!

Old Creek cabin through Parkside cabins was Lovely, clean, private, quaint, a babbling brook, a Jacuzzi, a neat loft that could easily sleep 3 comfortably, kitchen well stocked, bath area well stocked, clean refrigerator, neat little porch to drink my tea and have morning meditation time. Cleaning crew should do deeper cleanings, but overall a great cabin experience. Unless you are a braveheart, get back to the cabin by dusk. It gets DARK in them thair woods! I would definitely go back. BTW: it is a cabin. In the woods. Where bugs, spiders, nice, bears, coyote, raccoons, etc. Live. If that freaks you out, hotel rentals would be your best bet.

We had a great stay at Parkside Cabin Rentals! The venue is amazing! Community fire pit and TOP NOTCH club house style 2 story game room, a Natural babbling brook right behind the private deck of our cabin! We had ALL the amenities you look for in a mountain cabin - overlooking a stream, hot tub, rockers on the porch, full kitchen with dishware, and close to town! Our first time In TN , was for our 5 year anniversary but not our last for sure!!!

I would give them more stars if available ! We absolutely enjoyed every moment of this vacation we travel to Tennessee at least once a year and have always stayed in different areas this year we chose Parkside cabin rental and I'm so glad we did between the very spacious cabins, up-to-date electronics as well as appliances and the wonderful hospitality of Parkside staff I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will without a doubt most definitely be visiting Parkside cabin rentals again , it would be safe to say this is going to be our annual family vacation go to. A special thanks to all of the stuff at Parkside cabin rental for making this year our best family vacation yet!!!!

Beautiful Cabin. Was given several coupons and $1.00 Admission ticket to aquarium upon Check-In. Could have used blankets for Sofa Sleeper, only had sheets and Blinds to back door to block out light for guests on the sofa sleeper. Smoke Alarm went off continously through the night due to low battery so we just unplugged it. Few minor issues but overall very pleased. Definitely recommend and will use Parkside again!
